Friendly staff

Very unclean black mold in the first room they put us in also food left in the refrigerator from a prior guest. Moved us to a second room after telling us they wouldn’t refund our money second room also had mold food in the refrigerator as well and prescription medication under the night stand on floor. It was very clear they do not clean or inspect rooms after stays.

My father and I stayed there as it was close to my aunts funeral. He is 85, and a diabetic. I called ahead to see what they served for breakfast. There was plenty and the food was good. The hotel room was nice and quiet. What I loved best was your staff. Everyone was not only friendly but offered help to us. They made you feel as though they cared. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable lodgings, conveniently located

Friendly and helpful staff made everything a little easier, as they told us what stores, restaurants, and services were nearby. Location was EXCELLENT, even though it was on the outskirts of the city, thanks to good access to major roads leading into town, and the fact that the hotel was in the midst of so many places to eat, shop, and get fuel. Several places were so close we could just walk to them in a couple of minutes. The whole area was well-lit and easy to find our way back to. Facilities were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was one of the best we encountered during our two-week road trip. Parking is plentiful.

The elevator sensor shrieks like a banshee whenever you exit it in the lobby. It is safe and works well; it's just quirky and kind of funny, and not a serious cause for complaint.

Nothing really it was a horrible hotel experience

When we came into the hotel on Tuesday the first lady at the front desk was a sweet lady who told us where we would be staying like the room, then the other two people who worked the front desk day/night they were horrible and rude, I asked for more towels since me and my fiance showered either at night or in the morning depending on what we discussed with each other, they were very rude about it we didn't even get any bath towels or Washcloths we got freaking hand towels I didn't even know how we managed to dry ourselves off with them/wash our bodys, that was for the second day then the next night I asked for both of the things we needed and I was told that I needed to bring down my dirties first and I had let the gentleman know that I brought them down already earlier the other following day and he said that he had to be the one to get them in order to for me to get new ones and so I told him I said do you just want me to bring down my clean hand towels and swap them for bath towels and wash rags? He said no I had to bring down two body towels into wash rags if I wanted to get either or I had to fight back and forth with him and then finally he gave me one bath towel and one wash rag. It is me and my fiance. I don't feel like sharing a wash rag with him when he has to wash his own body with it. The bath towel wasn't that big of a deal because we're both for clean at that point but I'm not sharing a wash rag with my fiance because we have to clean. You know in the spots where it needs to be clean that can't be used again referring to the washcloth, and then we had a god-awful smell in our room. The refrigerated smelt like old nasty chicken. We tried to explain that to them. They also didn't didn't think about how we felt and there was no combination spray.

There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom containers. Was really upset when I’m in there trying to shower and had no soap. Decided to use the shampoo and there was no shampoo. Pretty hard to take a shower with hair conditioner. I can only blame this on housekeeping for not checking. Next we came down for breakfast at 8:30 at at 8:40. And They were already vacuuming the best breakfast room and it was still full of people. As much as you want a clean facility, it is annoying to try to have breakfast with the vacuum noise. Also, before we finished our breakfast, they shut off the water dispenser and there was no water available. Last, when we checked out at 9:15 there was no manager on duty to inform him of the lack of shower supplies etc.

It was a comfortable place to rest on our journey. Everything was neat. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast was good. The selection was satisfying. The grab and go area was well stocked. The staff was pleasant and made every effort to accommodate our needs.

I was unable to shower. The tub faucet leaked and we could not get the shower to work. The bathroom floor especially was not clean, stains and hair from a previous guest were visible. We ran out of soap in the dispensers (no shampoo either). The computer/cell phone charger didn't work.

The location! Friendly staff.

First off when opening the door the smell was horrible. My son described it has a smell in a nursing home facility. Toliet outdated and low to the floor. Wrong seat on it. Trim around floor in bathroom was dirty. Soap dispenser had fell of wall and left laying on sink. Dusty furniture Furniture needing replaced like tv cabinet/fridge cabinet. Lights were unplugged Paint had been splattered or on touched on things it shouldn’t have been on. Outdated ceiling (popcorn style) Over all just felt icky. But for the few hours we needed it was ok, I guess. Won’t rebook if ever in the area again though.

Great location with easy access to downtown, lots of restaurant choices near by. Large room with updated flooring. They allow pets and have a nice area for them

Room could still use some updates - the bathroom door was chipped and peeling and the tub and fixtures need some attention. Not the hotels fault but people were fighting loudly in the hall at 4 am

The location was convenient for our purposes. I also took advantage of the hot breakfast, they have a good assortment and better than some higher end hotels we’ve stayed at.

I do not like how animal friendly it was. I feel like I could smell animals as I walked to my room. I also could hear dogs barking throughout the day. They need extra strength deodorizers.

Husband said breakfast was awful.

Bath was so small I could not get my walker in there so using it was very trying . I ask for handicap bth and room close to entry. Was sent an email saying this would be given. When I arrived the room was the LAST one down the LONG hall way and nothing about it was handicap. Very unhappy.. Nite clerk was rude when My Husband went back to the front desk, saying I DID NOT request handi cap. I have both emails where I ask for and was told it was avaible. Will not be staying there again. We left a day early !!

It was close to the hospital

Very loud, they were cleaning the rooms at 9 at night so you could hear them, kids crying and screaming all hours o the night, adults arguing all hours of the night. There was a lady half laying down in the hallway. Which was very creepy, I called downstairs and told desk person and management but nothing was done about it. It was awful
