Nice place, great people, no milk alternatives

Our room was well appointed and immaculately clean. The employees were all very friendly and helpful.

The property is undergoing a refurb and some rooms were under construction while we were there. They didn’t have any milk alternatives for breakfast. 40% of the population is lactose intolerant. It would be nice if they had anything.

Nothing, but the floor was dusty,and the bed was too high so the manager got me a stool. The manager took my luggage to my room. She was soooo helpful.

The bed was very uncomfortable and really high off the ground. The walls are paper thin ans the staff put our receipts under the door during the night. There was no check out process just a box to put you keys. And breakfast starts later on weekends .

We were travelling with children and weren’t pleased that they didn’t have high chairs or booster seats in their dining area. Floors looked clean but hadn’t been mopped. Staff were hiding in back room behind front desk, not visible to customers.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom nice and clean. I always look in the corners and they were clean! Appreciated the thoroughness of housekeeping. Easy on to I69 and restaurants close. We only slept there so didn’t use any extras but appreciated front desk 24 hr. staffing. Closest to the airport.

Not impressed

The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms had recently been updated, so everything was pretty new.

They were doing remodeling work in the lobby during my stay and my room was right off the lobby, so the air compressor cut my late afternoon nap short. The remodeling construction in my rooms were poor quality (sloppy painting, crooked tiles with glue and grout "overflow" onto the walls that was not cleaned up, obvious to see where drywall was patched). Walls were thin and I could hear the TV and phone conversations in the room next to me. There were greasy handprints on several walls in my room, which I wiped up because I didn't want the hotel to think I did it and charge me an extra cleaning fee. I asked to switch rooms my 2nd night due to the noise from the room next door, and I could hear the TV next door to my new room as well, so the walls are thin. I also noticed some of the pillow cases in my new room smelled like cologne, so I highly doubt housekeeping changed pillowcases from the last guest! The continental breakfast was lukewarm and didn't offer a great selection. If I go back to Ft. Wayne, I will look for other lodging options.

Great stay!

The place is going through major renovations. We are out of town and stayed on a renovated floor. It was spacious, super clean, modern and the beds were very comfortable. The night manager, a petite young woman was super nice and welcoming. Breakfast had a nice buffet and coffee (bold) was excellent.
