This lovely Mariner's Watch oceanfront villa is located on the second floor with vaulted ceilings in the living area. Guests will be in paradise with the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean that can be seen from the deck, sun porch, and nearly every room. With recently updated furnishing and beachy decor, there will be no reason to compromise on your favorite comforts of home. After a long day on the beach, the whole family can gather at the dining table and enjoy a homecooked meal prepared in the full kitchen. Watch the sunset from the deck and feel the breeze blow through your hair before heading in for a movie night on the flatscreen TV! Plus, the family dog can come along as well for a small nightly pet fee.

Location and views are amazing. The beach is not crowded at this location. Loved being able to have our dog in such a clean home. Would absolutely rent again.

My family has stayed in this unit for the last three years. We love the stunning water views. It’s the perfect size for our family and is a very clean unit that also allows pets. We bring our dog who is very clean and are thankful to have found an ocean front pet friendly unit that has no pet odor. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, relaxing second story condo full of windows on the sea. Amazing unobstructed views of sunrises and sunsets. New children’s’ playground nearby.

The view is fantastic but I was not impressed with the maintenance.
As soon as we arrived one of the toilets overflowed. I texted the number and they said they would take care of it. I used a plunger I found to try to get it going and spent a while on that. Found out from the maintenance person that this was a known issue and a plumber was supposed to come but had not. The next day was Sunday so nothing happened. The plumber came Monday and said he fixed it. Later that day it over flowed again. So, one of the toilets was not working and never was fixed. What is disheartening is that they knew about it prior to our arrival and hadn't fixed it and the people coming after us will have the same problem.
The other problem was the beeping refrigerator. This required two visits by the maintenance folks and also was not fixed. Every night at least once I was awakened to the sound of the beeping and had to press a button on the fridge to make it stop. The first maintenance guy said it was because the fridge needed a filter. The second guy said that wasn't the problem. Needless to say this was also an ongoing and never resolved issue during our 4 days there.
I got a call half way through our stay from Misty who said they will "compensate" us for the problems but have not heard back and the chatGPT text thing won't give me her number!
