In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
Absolutely no pets are allowed at this property. If evidence of a pet is found, pictures will be sent and a fee will be charged for the clean up. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental features four bedrooms, elegant coastal décor, and a lovely screened porch. The home is about a 5-minute walk from the beach.
The light and bright living area offers a comfortable sofa, three side chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Past the living room, you will find the sunroom which has a sectional sofa, side chair, flat-screen TV, and an abundance of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, a stylish backsplash, and bar stool seating for four, has everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. The dining area is nestled between the kitchen and living area and is the perfect place to enjoy meals or play games.
Downstairs you will find three of the home’s four bedrooms. One bedroom offers a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. On the other end of the main floor, you will find the other two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two double beds. Both bedrooms are close to a hall bathroom with shower/tub combo. Down the hall, there is another full bathroom which offers a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find the final bedroom which has a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with a double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.
Escape to the screened porch where you will find a sectional sofa, rocking chairs, and a dining table and chairs. A gas grill for guest use is located just off the back steps.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

We’ve been coming to Kiawah since 1987 and were looking for an additional home to house everyone for a family vacation - house was beautiful, spacious and well-appointed and close to the beach, playground and pool!

Did not like that our T- Stat was set at 72 and we could not cool it down at night. Too warm at night in the bedrooms.

House was spotless. Recently updated and very stylish yet comfortable and roomy. Easy quick bike ride to beach - less than five minutes. Great communication with host. Highly recommend. Best house we’be had over multiple trips to kiawah.

The property itself is great but our experience at check-in and the housekeeping issues were definitely not good.
No one had even been to the house to clean when we checked in. It was AWFUL! We rented through Akers Ellis and one of their employees showed up to check on things, and he immediately started cleaning out the refrigerator and calling the housekeepers. Mu husband has to lead the dishwasher and was pots & pans left in the sinks. 90 minutes later we were able to get into the house and it was still filthy, even after housekeeping supposedly "cleaned" the house. There was food on the floor and furniture, sand and dust all over the floor, cobwebs and dust piles under the furniture, dust on all the furniture and orthodontist rubber bands found on the floor in several rooms. I ended up having to clean the house myself. Aker Ellis refunded a portion of my rent for this reason. Not a good way to start a vacation!!!
