The location is the best thing about this cottage. We all slept well and comfortably. New refrigerator and dishwasher and the shower door has been replaced.
The bedding on one twin bed was dirty when we arrived. I had to wash it. The one in the closet was also stained with dirt. Dark smudges from hands around doorknobs and cabinet handles. Bakeware was well past time to replace.

Need a blower for the porch. Not necessary obviously.

Proximity to the beach walking path was a plus! Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking.
Home was dated and dirty. Bedskirt stained, holes in walls, paint peeling in many rooms, carpet stained, Hair and dirty on both bathroom floors, walls/doors/kitchen cabinets need to be cleaned from dirt, food and fingerprints. Mirror in master bedroom was filthy and hadn't been cleaned.
