The room is a clean, basic room to base yourself on the outskirts of Phong Nha along a quiet road. The price was good for Phong Nha. We had to wait 20 minutes for the hot water to heat up but was good and well pressured once it was hot.
We booked the accommodation a couple of days before arriving but when we turned up they were not expecting us (despite us being the only guests) which made our arrival quite uncomfortable. Our caving tour started with a 7am pick up (as is standard for the area) but they only start breakfast at 7am - they did provide breakfast for us at around 6:45 after we asked which we appreciated although we were made to feel like it was a bit of an imposition.

Lloc molt tranquil, envoltat de natura, les habitcions son molt espaioses i la família és molt agradable! Et recullen al bus i posen tot molt fàcil i això s’agraeix! Molt bona bugaderia!
No hi havia gens d’ambient, però suposo que és per que és temporada baixa!

Un homestay où on se sent comme à la maison. Accueillis comme des rois, même à 22h, nous avons passés 4jours formidables auprès d’une famille prête à se plier en 4 pour vous aider. Un peu à l’écart de la rue principale et de toutes ses guesthouses alignées sans aucun charme, nous avons réellement eu l’impression d’être privilégiés dans une chambre spacieuse, confortable et calme. Pour un prix battant toute concurrence ! C’était parfait ! Merci pour tout !

Modest but good breakfasts.
Nice service because he wants to sell expensive trips or bus ticket. If you notice it and say, everything changes. Fortunately, I was there for a short time.
