Rose Homestay Hue

Very good location an easy walk to the Imperial City. Great hosts who were helpful and friendly. The house was very clean and the rooms were spacious and well kept. The shower had very hot water and the air conditioner kept the room very comfortable.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this lovely couple’s home. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous! My room was small, but the bed was very comfortable. There was free water provided in the room, and the A/C worked perfectly — plus I had a fan as well. The bathroom was located outside the room and was small, but it had everything I needed.

House was lovely but the room was strangely sparse and lacking curtains so light from outside and the rest of the house came through the windows. Air con didn't work and there were mosquitoes everywhere - I got bitten really badly. In the listed facilities it says 'washing machine' but if you want to wash your clothes the only option is to pay 35000 a kg which is more than double what local places charge. On top of that, the scales used to weigh clothes are scales for people to weigh themselves so not accurate for small amounts. I was told my small bag of clothes was 4kg when it was less than half that. Just feels a bit money grabbing and dishonest. I wonder if there was a charge for using the kitchen too.
