- staff were incredible, the lovely man on the desk was amazing sorting an itinerary that was budget friendly for us
- the location was perfect with everything at our reach (paddle boards, bikes, the botanical garden, grabs, restaurants and cafes)
- the room was worth the price (there was a used condom down the back of the bed but it is a budget friendly stay so that’s expected)
- was a bit hot in the night because the aircon wasn’t the best but not too bad as there’s a fan
- the shower was massive and felt clean
- overall amazing place and would recommend
Only can complain about the heat really but it wasn’t awful

Location as this is centrally located in the Phong Nha
Cleanliness could have been better especially the toilet seat. We asked for a family room as we have kids but the toilet was in desperate mode. The wall and floor was bad, the shampoo given was in packet form and you need to ask them. The worse was the toilet seat, please change that as this is very cheap with less than USD10 per piece. There is no pressure to deliver the shower and again easy fix with a cheap pump. Good to have a TV at very minimum.
