About this villa rental
Vv registered, situated in Callao Salvaje, Costa Adeje, on the south west coast of the island, this generous sized villa comprises of large lounge, dining area, fitted kitchen (with dishwasher), 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), utility room (with washing machine and drying area) large terrace and private pool. Incredible views from the terrace over looking the Atlantic Ocean onto Gomera with stunning sunsets.
Ample parking in front of the Villa. Front garden upon entry leading into the spacious living room with ample seating and TV area with TV system and DVD / CD player. Dining room extends the living area with seating for the whole family.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all needed appliances including microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
BEDROOM 1 is a large bedroom with a king sized bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, chest of drawers and built in wardrobes for plenty of storage. Double windows look out to the pool making the room light and airy. Bedroom one has an en suite with walk in shower lots of cupboard space. There is also a safe in this bedroom to keep your passports / valuables secure during your stay
BEDROOM 2 A large room with a super king bed, 3 seater sofa, cupboard space for clothing and close proximity to the shared bathroom with both shower bath and sink facilities.
BEDROOM 3 Another large bright and airy bedroom with king size bed, bed side tables, build in wardrobes and drawers. A good size room with large windows looking out to the pool area.
BEDROOM 4 A light airy room has 2 singles beds Fitted wardrobes provide ample storage. This room comes with an En Suite with sink and shower facilities. Large window overlooking the terrace and stunning views over looking the Atlantic.
The terrace has seating and tables to relax and take in the surroundings, lots of space for eating and socialising. To the side of the villa there is a large BBQ area.
The pool area has the perfect size private heated pool with a sloping depth, sun beds and seating areas. Pool area leads to lower floor bedrooms, the utility room and stairs to the upstairs area.
The Villa can sleep up to 8 people with comfortable living space, and is situated in the popular and desirable village of Callao Salvaje in Costa Adeje. It is a 10 minute walk from the local serviced beach and amenities consisting of a number of bars, shops and restaurants. Adeje golf course is a 10 minute drive away, and the beautiful Abama course is a 5 minute drive with further courses all within a short driving distance. Los Cristianos and Las Americas including all attractions and amenities are 15 minutes away, with the airport drive taking only 20 minutes.
Everything needed is on site to help make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Including a fully equiped kitchen, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and WIFI.

We are a group of 5, one couple and 3 singles, and have been traveling together for many years, this property met all our needs. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was an added treat.
Communication with the host was excellent! Pauline answered all our questions and gave some wonderful suggestions for places to check out. When we had a little issue with the alarm, she was quick with her response.
Clean! Very clean! The bathrooms were spotless and crisp comfortable sheets.
Well appointed kitchen with all the tools I needed to make meals for our group. The guys were happy with the dishwasher since that made their chore of kitchen clean up much easier.
The house has a large indoor living space which we never used because we were either out on the big veranda with spectacular views or relaxing by the pool.
Wi-Fi connectivity was non existent in the lower level bedrooms, but you’re on vacation, you need to disconnect and read a book.
I highly recommend this property and the host. A good time was had by our group and we hope to come back to the island.

This is a lovely spacious and comfortable house. It is very well equipped and has a good panoramic view over the town to the ocean. We loved the pool. Pauline, our host, was always helpful. We would stay again. We walked each day to a great beach. This was 5km south but there is good swimming much closer.

Myself my husband our friends, sister and spouse rented this villa for 5 days as a getaway. Arrival was very easy and we accessed the villa with great communication from pauline. Villa was spacious and clean, with towels, linen -and toilet paper etc supplied. Location is good, quiet area with a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. It is up a hill though so if hard of walking a taxi will be required to get back up, but we was all fine walking up the hill. The view is amazing with a panoramic sea view on the top floor. The pool is great and sun is on the poolside all day. Las americas strip is 10 mins away in a taxi. Info pack very helpful with essential numbers and leaflets. Wifi works ok on top floor but we mainly just used our phone 4G with no problem. Beds and pillows are super comfy. Overall we had a brilliant stay, sunbathing during the days and going out for dinner and drinks at night. We also had a bbq on the top terrace one afternoon which was gorgeous. We will be returning and would recommend; good value for money. Thanks for having us x.
