Fantastic pre information and hand over. Lovely pretty complex. Fabulous pool bar/restaurant and food = the best we had while away. Pools were amazing and I loved the rules about quiet after 10pm. Perfect for our family. apartment had everything we needed, cute terrace. Would come back.

Wonderful property with great views and fabulous pools. Everything you would need for a wonderful stay. Hosts were great to deal with. Very friendly and responsive when we contacted them.

Nothing we didn’t like, the location was fine for us, but if you are looking for a wider selection of bars and restaurants you would likely need a car as it’s a little far out. There are a few beside Hard Rock but most are a 10 min drive or taxi away. But we still loved it and will return.

Top pool is heated and was perfect for March. Absolutely stunning, really sold it to us. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pool bar/restaurant was great, food is good, can't ask for more. Property was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. It was hard to find a 2 bed property with a livingroom sofa bed. Was exactly what we needed.

Toilet made an awful noise on flushing. On checkout as there is no reception, there is nowhere to keep bags and as you need a key to get into the pool etc. You're effectively in limbo. We went to Siam mall as they had luggage lockers and had food etc. The air-conditioning was broken and not fixed during our stay. It was March and we were given a fan. But in summer, the only aircon is in the livingroom, not sure I'd survive summer. It is very out of the way. Thank goodness for the pool bar/restaurant. There is a local supermarket, but it's more like a corner shop. We didn't hire a car which was an error. We used Taxi Click-the app can be glitchy but if you don't add a card, works fine. Just pay cash. User is more expensive. We got groceries at the end of outings as it just made sense. It did cost us a small fortune, but we needed a bigger property, and we did really enjoy our stay. There are restaurants around 20 minutes walk, but there are big hills, so if you struggle with mobility, this would likely be an issue.

We stayed here for 1 week. Owners very attentive, easy check in and we were greeted with a bottle of wine on arrival. Apartment had 24 hour security. Great pool bar, lovely staff and food.

There was a few issues, when we arrived we found that the terrace door had broken and wouldn’t close, however the owners sorted this out promptly to make us feel safe. No sound proofing, was woken every morning early by our neighbours above us it was very loud. The hot water didn’t last long, so unfortunately we were unable to make use of the spa bath. The swimming pools were freezing to the point they were unusable and a bad tempered guest who couldn’t tolerate young children making noise around the pool. I can understand this for those coming here to relax, however something to bear in mind if you have young children. The blanket in the wardrobe smelt bad and clearly hasn’t been washed between guests. Other than that, everywhere else appeared clean enough.
