Casa La Perla del Paraiso

Location is good, the size of the villa is lovely. Kitchen is well equipped for if you want to do cooking. Great outdoor space with a BBQ, the ground floor and upstairs level rooms were lovely - especially the balcony room.

The basement room was not able to be used, it has no windows and there were cockroaches - we expec this for the weather but it was more than you’d hope for due to the location of the 4th room underground/backing onto the garage. The host also on arrival said no outdoor pool was listed, I’m not sure if this was a communication error, as the pool is listed in amenities with multiple pictures, we did manage to find a communal pool which I think this was referencing - however it was a few minutes away.
