Modern apartments in Parque Royal I, Playa Fañabe

The apartment was modern, clean, tidy and spacious. Would definitely suit a family of 4-5 comfortably. The washing machine is a great extra. We didn’t actually cook during our stay but the facilities for this are there. It has a full sized fridge freezer too. The balcony is lovely, quiet, spacious and great for relaxing/dining in the sun. The apartment also has air conditioning which is great for those warm evenings. Location of the apartment is great. Easy access to the beach, main bars and restaurants. Taxi pick up also outside the building. Staff were friendly and easy to contact.

There wasn’t anything that we disliked about the apartment, it fully met our expectations and provided us with what we needed.

Central location within easy reach of Fanabe beach and all it has to offer.Large balcony with sea view ample space for family of 4 adults .Welcome gifts an added bonus and very much appreciated .

All good but could have done with some extra pillows.

Pros: this is a really lovely modern apartment. It appears the sofa has been updated since a previous review and photos and looks fairly new and is comfortable. Plenty of hot water, air conditioning very effective. Brilliant large terrace with a table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers plus a rack for drying clothes. The terrace was really good as it has a sea view, gets the sun most of the day and was a big factor in why I booked this particular apartment. Beds were comfortable. There was a bottle of wine on our arrival, and pods for coffee machine and other bits and bobs. Powerful hairdryer and there is an ironing board and iron. Lots of hangers. Modern washing machine. It was immaculately clean. Check in was easy. Collect keys to the main door from a box at the front and then they gave us a code for n electronic lock on the apartment door. Instructions were really clear. Lots of facilities close by, easy walk downhill to beach area (harder in the opposite direction uphill after cocktails!!) Cafe bar on ground floor which is friendly and reasonably priced. La Flaca just across the roundabout is fab for end of evening drinks. Company sent timely information that was clear regarding how to access the apartment with photos showing where things are.

As of the time of our holiday and leaving (5th June 2025) the swimming pool is closed for renovations. Didn’t affect our holiday but I know that might affect other people, so just highlighting it. The electronic door lock to the apartment door has put years on me. It seems really temperamental. Sometimes it opens, sometimes it doesn’t. You just have to re-enter the code several times until it feels like letting you in! Sadly the transfer we booked didn’t turn up at the airport. Called the driver but my Spanish was as bad as his English. Called the company who explained he’d been held up due to a local festival and subsequent traffic problems so we just jumped in a taxi.

Чудесный апартамент со всем необходимым. Нам (троим взрослым) было очень комфортно. Найти номер просто, инструкции понятны. Самостоятельное заселение. Есть лифт. Это угловой номер (что уменьшает количество потенциальных соседей). На кухне было всё необходимое (столовые приборы, тарелки, чашки, бокалы, всё для приготовления еды, капсульная кофемашина). Советуем бронировать парковочное место, так как на улице вдоль дороги парковку будет найти сложно. Может быть слышен звон выбрасываемого мусора (стекло) из соседнего бара. И в целом, вечерами слышна музыка из баров/ресторанов. Но мы не относим это к минусам, так как знали, особенности этого района. Часам к 00:00 в любом случае становится значительно тише и на улице и в самом комплексе. На часть терассы весь день попадает солнце. Так что можно загорать не выходя из номера. Ближайший пляж - Торвискас. До пляжа 5 минут пешком. Отдельная благодарность Полине. Крайне приятно было общаться. Все вопросы решались быстро и качественно. С удовольствием вернёмся.
