Staff were friendly & helpful, Tracy on reception went the extra step to make sure we were happy. Facilities were good, upkeep of the pool area was good

The property was so clean and the staff are incredible, well most of them 😜 Make you feel welcome from start to end!
Entertainment could be on for 2 hours maybe? A lot of people leave straight after so could make some more money having people stay!

Hotel was clean, with incredibly friendly reception staff. Plenty of space within the shared areas, with a small pool suitable for children and adult only sunbathing area. Breakfast was fair with plenty of options.
Our room was below the pool area, and therefore subject to loud noises of other guests moving the sunbeds around. Our room was overall clean, just the pillows had some clear yellow stains which was unpleasant, requested a double bed but had two twins with very squeaky bed frames. Additional charges on the towels for the pool. The on-site restaurant wasn’t recommended, long wait times if not a full board customer and was just a store brought pizza, much better options locally.
