The room was very clean and modern with magnificent views

The views are stunning! The staff was super friendly.
The price for the dinner was 21 per person, quite a lot I would say. And the pool and tobogan. they close it a but early. I thought they will close it very late at night.

The entrance and overall property were okay, but unfortunately, the customer service, particularly at the reception area, was very poor.
There was no air conditioning in the property, which made the rooms uncomfortably warm. The fan in my room (213) was also very noisy, and despite reporting this to the staff, my concern was not properly addressed.
My children’s room (301) also had cockroaches on our first night. The staff had to use insect spray in the room, which left an unpleasant smell and made the experience even more uncomfortable.
We were informed that the rooms would be cleaned every three days. However, during our seven-day stay, my room was only cleaned once. This was disappointing, especially considering the length of our stay.
Overall, it was a very poor experience. The property itself was acceptable, but the lack of customer service, cleanliness, poor response to complaints, lack of air conditioning, and pest issues significantly affected our stay. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
