Not far from downtown, could be walkable for the right person. Owner had everything u could think of from assorted coffees, to cereals to milk and necessities in fridge! She takes alot of time to have the personal touch! No back yard or patio view, but inside all you need. Surrounded by lush area. Would definitely consider again for the right price. The place has alot of work done and looks amazing
