Location Location location. Parking, local amenities in walking distance. Everything you needed in a home away from home environment. Cleanliness 100%.

The lock on front door, to open door from inside the lock is temperamental. At one stage I was locked inside & couldn't get out as I was unable to open door. Keys were in lock box outside for remainder of party coming. Front door really needs to be looked at.

Location and full sized laundry machines

Unable to communicate with anyone for our check in problem, nobody responded to calls and the email was sent back as undeliverable. The address for the property is wrong. There are two houses listed as the address given. We figured out on our own that the code at the end led to the house, not the house number and street. Very frustrating that nobody responded to our calls and the email wasn’t working.

The location was great and parking was simple. We had no problems getting into the home. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice.

The bathroom and shower were fussy. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing entirely. We were told to let the tank fill up. The shower is weird - I've never experienced anything like it. After fussing with it, we got it to work.

Walkable location and clean.

The bathroom is problematic. The door handle is like opening a rusted gate- loud and awful. No bathroom hand soap provided. No toilet paper roll holder. Thin shower curtain and no towel or clothing hooks provided so the floors were wet post shower. Not one hook provided in the bathroom or in the bedrooms for all the towels. So many cupboards, but no hangers in the smaller double room. Would be great to provide coat rack when you enter. It is rainy in Galway, but no place to hang wet coats.
