Location. Great clean interior. Parking behind building and on roadside. Shops within a very short walking distance.

There was a smell coming from the bathrooms, like stagnant water. Hard to deceive. Not a bad smell but noticeable when apartment windows shut for a while. Or on entering the bathrooms after they were shut for a while. It didn’t ruin our stay atall.

The location is amazing and the apartment is large and feels big. It is comfortable and would have been for four people too (we were 2). Oh yeah, we saw and filmed dolphins from our terrace one morning.

The terrace lacks personality and you lose some privacy as you “see” your neighbour including being able to see into each other’s apartment. Toilet seats could be upgraded. Missing a full mirror.

The view and location were outstanding—truly the highlight of the stay. Cleanliness was acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement. After reading other reviews now, it feels like management tends to focus only on the positives while overlooking the recurring issues that guests have raised. That’s a real shame, because with a bit more attention to feedback, this place could easily be a 10/10. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews before booking, as I just needed somewhere close to a wedding venue we were attending. Had I done so, I might have set my expectations differently.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay. The water was not hot enough for a proper shower, even when using the boost function. The room is clearly in need of maintenance—there was a crack in the fridge door, a cupboard door was damaged, and the bathroom layout is ridiculous, with the door opening directly onto the sink. Additionally, a couple of the window panes had blown, leaving visible moisture trapped inside the glass. These are not minor issues, and what’s more concerning is that many of them have already been mentioned in previous reviews. The photos on the website are completely misleading and do not reflect the true condition of the apartment, the balcony furniture was outdated, worn, and dirty. It appears that you acknowledge feedback and thank guests for it, but no real action is taken to fix the problems. I suspect this review will receive the same response. For the price being charged, this is simply not acceptable. It is far too expensive for the standard of accommodation being provided.
