Fabulous! Would definitely stay here again

Loved the location, parking and cleanliness. So easy to pop in The Crane for music at the end of the day. Highly recommend breakfast at Urban Grind. I had the outstanding oatmeal. You can order simpler items not on the menu. Husband ordered poached eggs and bacon and raved. But also check out Ard Bia for brunch

Bed linen could use upgrade. Written instruction for shower would be a bonus.

The location was ideal so close to everything! Beds were comfortable, apartment was spotless and the host was very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend very much had everything you could think of.

Comfortable stay in an unbeatable location.

The location is the real standout of this rental. We loved the neighbourhood and ease of walking to the central attractions. For being on a bustling street we found it very quiet in the unit, and were quite comfortable here during our stay. We enjoyed the coziness of the older apartment design, and were pleasantly surprised at the stunning sunrise views. Overall a great base for exploring Galway, with convenient parking for those arriving by car.

Some of the kitchen cutlery had seen better days, with the paring knife and wine opener needing replacement. We prepared some meals and struggled to work around this. However, it’s an easy fix which I’m sure will be addressed.

Well located with off street parking. All appliances working well and kitchen had everything needed for simple meals preparation.

Our unit was somewhat run down. No where to put suitcases and limited comfortable seating for 3 people.

Nice spot for a quick trip to Galway! Easy central access to town.

Location was nice and easy to walk to town. The property owner was very kind and helpful during our stay. It was a good value for the location and good for a quick stay.

The bathroom was a little on the older side but again no serious issues. The hot/cold shower water was a bit tricky but again not a big deal. It was a pleasant stay without issues.

Great inner city accommodation

Free car parking, easy walk to city centre, pubs, restaurants and shops. Fully equipped kitchen and seperate bedrooms, lounge. Spacious comfortable accommodation.

The main room with the larger bed had such a strong musty/mildew/moldy smell that only one of us slept in the room facing the door we left open. The other one of us had to sleep on the couch in the living room.

Very pleasant stay in a great location! Would visit again.

Location was across from the Crane Bar - a "go to" spot to hear live, traditional Irish music. While directly off of a street, the apt was quiet. Free parking on site was available and easy to access. Lots of good eating establishments within walking distance.

There were two back doors and one was prone to getting jammed. The owner was diligent in helping provide a temporary fix. We used the other door for remainder of stay. Also, written instruction re: WiFi code was not quite right, but we figured it out.

Great location! The neighborhood was perfect… good restaurants, great market across the street, we could walk everywhere… Our host was very friendly and helpful . Always responded promptly to our questions. I certainly hope to return soon!

We had a good few days exploring Galway, and the apartments were good base to do that from.

Host was local, easy to contact, and responsive. The location of the property is really very good - in amongst some good pubs/restaurants/cafes in the West End of Galway and with very easy reach of the historic city centre by foot. Parking is convenient and easy to get into/out of.

The accommodation is quite plain and basic - not a problem though (although a bathplug would be useful!).

Perfect tourist location

The location was fab, 5 to 10 mins walk to the main tourist points in Galway. Park up the car and forget about it until it's time leave. Bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Would book again.

Smell of tobacco in the apartment. This may have been due to previous tenants breaking rules but it was quite strong.

The professional and welcoming of Gee, the owner/ manager. Close to the centre of the city, any questions answered by Gee. Just a very nice apartment- not ultra modern apartment, more traditional, but clean, big main bedroom, very adequate second bedroom, everything provided down to straightening iron for hair.

Can’t think of anything I would improve on. I suppose it’s always good to have more spare pillows, but nothing really. Oh, maybe paint the top shelves of the wardrobe in 2nd bedroom.
