Fabulous

The wooden floors caused a bit of noise nuisance for those in the downstairs bedrooms when they were walked over and chairs moved very early in the morning by the early risers . Wall soundproofing was excellent.

Lovely house with a great view

The balcony with sea views was lovely and would have been even better if we’d had warmer weather. The location - about a 15 minute walk to the town and harbour where there is plenty to do. The house was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The layout with one bedroom upstairs and 2 downstairs suited us perfectly as a young family with grandparents, but may be less suitable for a single family with young children as one bedroom is 2 floors away from the other 2.

Great property in a great location

Property was fantastic, exactly as described. Clean, well equipped and in an ideal location with great views. Easy access to St Ives on foot although it is at the top of a hill!
