The carpark is a little tight when full, however we were still able to turn our car around to access the readily available EV charger.

The place is beautiful, with stunning views of St Ives and the ocean. The room is spotless and equipped with everything you might need. Most importantly, Lorena is incredibly helpful—she was so welcoming and even solved an urgent problem for me. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience.

Wish I could live here

Amazing building and perfect location. Parking was such a bonus. Didn’t need to use the car during our stay! Great size room with everything you needed and we were in the smallest room! Will definitely be back to try one of the other rooms.

Personal preference but the room was really hot even if we had the window open or the air con on. The insulation must be phenomenal!

Would we stay again? Absolutely, just a different room. But we did book last minute. Hosts were great!

Property location was great, short walk to everything but be prepared for a steep incline. Hosts were great and everything you needed to know what clearly communicated and I thought this was very professional and clear. Happy it came with parking as that was main seller for us however street going down can be tight if you got a bigger car. Room (hideout room 5) and the overall property was very clean and modernly presented and had all the facilities we needed in the room. The aircon was a god save for my pregnant girlfriend who unfortunately felt sick our entire stay so we didn’t get to explore as much.

We got woken up at 8am in the morning by upstairs guests who were leaving early it was very loud banging and this followed with new guests upstairs doing the same thing later that night till like 1am… sounded like they were running laps slamming their feet.

What an amazing place! Everything exceeded our expectations. The quality of the building, fixtures and fittings was very high quality. Lots of hidden extras that we weren't expecting. We knew that our room didn't have a sea view or balcony when we booked it, but every morning we sat and had a coffee and toast on the communal balcony that was just by our room. Such a stunning town and sea view. We stayed in the Hideout Room, which was lovely, roomy, clean and very comfortable. A nice quiet accommodation away from the hustle and bustle. The owners were lovely and friendly, even helping us with directions and recommendations. The communication before our stay and during was brilliant. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can. What a gem of a find!

The hosts were so lovely, decorating the room for my partners birthday and really went above and beyond which was so kind. The room was spacious, full of every amenity that you would need, with an amazing view and very comfortable bed. A great location, with a very scenic walk down to the town and was a 5 minute walk away from a Co Op which was very handy. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone thinking of staying as it is worth the money.

Modern, new, clean studio close to St Ives town and beaches with parking

Modern and new. In good condition. Well equipped kitchenette. Very clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Had free parking. Good location. 7 Minute walk to town, beach . Within 15 min walk to various beaches .

No extra toilet tissue 1 pillow in another room we booked did not smell fresh. Needs changing.

A fabulous weekend break in St Ives

Wonderful panoramic views with huge sliding glass doors and a balcony overlooking St Ives harbour. Modern and interesting design features throughout. Very clean and comfortable. Nespresso machine with pods, fridge stocked with dairy and oat milk, microwave and toaster all very handy. EV charging and secure parking. Short walk to town and beaches by footpath which passes alongside the hotel.

A nice enough stay.

Luxurious room - great attention to detail for guest comfort.

The hill- steep climb up to it from the town centre. If you struggle with steep hills as I do -rethink or investigate bus options. Thought the room would have been serviced during 2 night stay eg beds made, refresh of towels, restock of condiments eg biscuits. Expensive - but maybe just the going rate in this part of the world.

Good standard, close to the center og St. Ives

I got a room in a carefully renovated house, obviously nearly new and very well equipped. It was clean and comfortable. The access to the house was not easy, I had to walk up the hill, it was not a challenge for me because I was hiking, but it can be a difficult tas for the elderly, access to the room up the stairs was not easy either. On the other hand one can arrive by car and park the car directly in front of the house and a walk to/from the center provides a beautiful view of the town and a new perspective.

The water tap in the shower was difficult to controll although there were instructions available, it simply didn´t work as I expected. The water was mostly very hot and taking a shower difficult. Another problem were window blinds, maybe a British system, too diffrent for the continental ...

Spectacular view, secure parking. Location/location/location!!! Lorena and Dan were brilliant hosts. The property was beautiful, we stayed in the master suite and it was spacious and the perfect place to enjoy St Ives.

Exceptional

Uno is on a very unusual site with a superb view over the town and only a few minutes' (steep) walk to the centre of things. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with a great deal of thought paid to every detail. Dan and Lorena were friendly and attentive but not obtrusive, and made sure we had a good stay.
