Excellent location and a spacious room. We booked the ‘Economy’ room and it was definitely good value for money. Staff are kind and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. We would happily stay here again.
Worth noting the Economy room is on the darker side, without much natural light. The door has an old-fashioned key that takes a little effort to open. A couple of small things too — the soaps weren’t refilled and it was dusty under the bed.

The property was beautiful, full of charm and character, and perfectly located for exploring Florence on foot. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with stunning historic details that made the stay feel very special. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was elegant and welcoming.
The bed mattress was a bit too hard for me, but nothing that I didn’t get used to it, also could’ve used an iron, but it was all amazing and didn’t bother me much

The bed is very comfortable. The location is great. The room was quiet and clean. The staff were very helpful.
Do not be fooled by the photographs. No one in the building has access to the garden included in the images - which was part of the reason we booked. The images also make the rooms look a bit more recently decorated than they wore.

The staff was so friendly and helpful
This place is old and the pictures aren’t real. The mattress is incredibly uncomfortable and you can feel the springs. The curtains are old and falling apart.
