The staff, room, and breakfast were wonderful.
The entrance or lack thereof made it feel more like a hidden Airbnb than a nice hotel.

Great vibes and decor was so fun! Room was amazing, high ceilings, all the amenities you could want. Breakfast was great too! Perfect location within walking distance of everything you need to see. Super friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble!

Absolutely beautiful, huge and glamorous room for our 3 day Florence stay. The staff were lovely and personable. Breakfast included was very nice and convenient. I would have loved to stay here for longer just to enjoy the room. The value for what we got was excellent, especially compared to other hotels that seemed to offer a similar experience. If we return to Florence we will ABSOLUTELY stay here again. The King Room is totally worth it!

The quirky interior was really special & the breakfast was very good. It was in a great location too.
Our room was quite dark & not as spectacular as the rooms shown on the website which was disappointing as that was why we’d booked it.
