This place is LOVELY. Everything was above expectations, from check-in, to the room, the amenities, the staff, the food, and the decor. Alberto was so helpful with pre-travel check-in prep and then actually checking us in when we arrived, and Laura was a perfect breakfast hostess who made amazing cappuccinos and ensured we got enough delicious food to eat. I wish we’d taken advantage of the complimentary breakfast for more than just one of the mornings we were there. I’d go back to Florence just to stay here again. Can’t recommend highly enough.

A lovely boutique B&B. Fun decorating, spacious room. Great location slightly out of the busy centre but within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good.

Spacious room with lovely tub. Shower is a good size. Bed was extremely comfy with very good quality bed linen.
Staff were amazing! They went out of their way to make us comfortable and assisted in every query we had. They made this place so special!
The continental breakfasts were delicious. And fresh pastries and breads were a treat! The yogurt was so yum!
Location was great- away from the crowds. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff especially Alberto are quite helpful and knowledgeable. The room was well-designed and comfortable. The bedding was high quality. The location is excellent and offers easy access to all of Florence’s best.
