Really cozy apartment next to the beach

This is a really nice and cozy place 5 minutes away from the beach which we basically had for ourselves. Supermarket and restaurants are 10 minutes away and the bus stop is right in front of it so you can get to Valencia or El Saler in 45 minutes. The apartment is very sunny and has a nice balcony with view to the sea.

The only think I wish to have there was AC, there was only a fan that was quite noisy so we couldn’t turn it on during the night.

No where n ar as good as advertised

Advertised ‘we speak english’ Did not apply to caretaker and his wife. Unit clean but very small with mismatched furniture preventing balcony door opening properly. Beds very firm. Unit and whole Property very ‘tired’ with obvious lack of proper maintenance. Area was mostly empty apartments. No info available re local shops or restaurants. Sent 5km ( turned out to be 13) to nearest supermarket only to find not open on Sunday... turns out there’s one about 1km away but that only opens for mornings and late afternoons but not on Sunday..

No recomendaría este alojamiento en épocas de frío. El apartamento no cuenta con calefacción y la temperatura interior era bajísima. Tuvimos que dormir con mucha ropa y aun así pasamos frío. Un alojamiento debe garantizar un mínimo de confort térmico, y este no lo cumple.Falta también mucho mantenimiento en general.

El apartamento un poco descuidado Las sillas del comedor rotas. No funcionaba el lavavajillas, la entrada no la pudimos hacer a la hora convenida, el apartamento aún no estaba listo cuando llegamos No me podía poner en contacto con el dueño

No volvería a este apartamento. Publicidad engañosa y condiciones penosas de limpieza y muebles.

Que tenía acceso directo a la playa y es de arena fina y muy extensa aunque hay escalones para acceder desde el apartamento.

Publicidad engañosa, las imágenes de Booking nada tienen que ver con lo que nos encontramos. Limpieza Cero, sartenes, palas.. con suciedad pegada, la cafetera tenía cápsulas del inquilino anterior, el store de la cocina mugriento de grasa, puertas y cajones rotos e incluso algunas ni se abrían. La ducha no tenía la alcachofa del teléfono, era solo el tubo, tuvimos que pedirla. Sábanas con manchas de oxido y toallas igual. La barra para subir y bajar el toldo totalmente oxidada. El Pomo de la puerta de entrada hueco. Urbanización ruidosa, con comidas y cenas en las zonas comunes todos los días, creo que una piscina hace menos ruido.No lo recomendaría a ningún tipo de viajero sin antes haber pasado por una inspección de sanidad y haberse repuesto todo lo roto. Es gato por liebre. Booking tendría que saber el tipo de apartamentos que se ofrecen en su web porque es una mala imagen para ellos.

Al lado de la playa, con aparcamiento

Acceso al ascensor hay que subir escaleras. La ducha estaba rota. Suelo cocina con peligro de tropiezo. Cerradura de acceso a la vivienda muy fuerte para abrir y cerrar.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaży , zadaszony parking .Mimo późnego przyjazdu , gospodarz czekał na nas z kluczami . Apartament ma już swoje lata ale jest bardzo zadbany i czysty. Polecam to miejsce .

Kein Ort für VALENCIA

Der Blick auf das Meer, mehr leider nicht.

Wohnen im Hochhauskomplex. Schlechte Infrastruktur, verdreckte Küchenschränke, verklebtes Geschirr, Laminat teilweise offen in der Küche (Unfallgefahr), haben erst einmal einen halben Tag geputzt, offene Elektrik über dem Eingang der Wohnungstür und im Schlafzimmer am Fenster ( gefährlich für Kinder) , eklige Stofftapete über dem Bett, hinter der Eingangstür ( die auch nicht schließt)Scheuerleiste gebrochen, Risse in den Wänden, Spiegel im Bad schmuddelig, Lampe defekt, Unter einem Urlaubsdomizil hatten wir echt andere Vorstellungen. Sehr enttäuschend, werden wir nur wieder buchen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen.
