Really lovely place highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was part of a road trip cross Spain so we only had a short stay of two nights. We where looking for somewhere that was very quiet not touristy and close to this beach and this was perfect for this. The host was very efficient and friendly, meeting us at the apartment and showing us round the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The views from the apartment are spectacular and worth the stay alone. The beach there is lovely. If you are looking for somewhere very quiet I would highly recommend.

Primeramente su anfitrión ,un señor intensamente amable y servicial , segundo un lugar precioso ,unas vistas inmejorables,la vivienda super limpia y todo tipo de útiles necesarios para nuestros 4 días de estancia,estamos muy muy satisfechos y agradecidos con el Sr Juan ,volveremos a su maravilloso apartamento!!! 🙏🏼❤️

El sofá. El chekout lo teníamos a las 12 y eran las 11 y ya estaba en la puerta llamando, creo que lo hizo porque pensaba que ya nos habíamos marchado. Cuando hice la reserva ponía apartamento completo pero había dos habitaciones cerradas con llave,no las necesitábamos, pero en la reserva ponía apartamento completo.

Se puede mejorar, seguro que el anfitrión lo mejorará porque es buena persona

Está muy bien ubicado primera línea de playa, las camas son muy cómodas, y el anfitrión Juan es muy agradable y educado.

Bueno el baño deja algo que desear la mampara está un poquito suelta de abajo, la taza del váter le costaba tragar había que echar agua aparte, un poquitos casos de cubiertos un poquito cutre, sartenes y ollas un pelín sucias, y los cables de los dormitorios muy por fuera para ir con niños. Tendría que haber sido más económico porque cien por cien la equipación no está del todo bien,

Vistas y ubicación inmejorables

Unas vistas insuperables , primera linea de playa. Se ve hasta el faro de Cullera y la montaña. Perfecto para relejarse con las olas.....Hay un restaurante a 20 m y un bar de playa. Un supermercado a 60 m. Juan es un anfitrión excelente. A pesar de no tener aire, no se pasa calor por la brisa que entra por las ventanas. El pueblo a 10 min andando tiene una panaderia, farmacia, centro de salud, fruteria, carniceria, ultramaribos y varios bares.

No admiten perros en la playa de Junio a Septiembre y no hay parques.

UNA DE LAS PEORES EXPERIENCIAS QUE HE TENIDO NUNCA. Estuvimos dos de tres noches sin agua, algo totalmente inaceptable. No pudimos ducharnos, lavar platos ni usar el baño en condiciones, y el anfitrión fue hostil e indiferente ante la situación. No se nos ofreció solución ni alternativa en ningún momento. La limpieza del alojamiento también dejaba mucho que desear, lo cual hizo la experiencia aún peor. Presenté una queja formal a través de Booking, pero la respuesta fue decepcionante y muy por debajo de lo esperado para una situación tan grave. He confiado en Booking en muchos viajes, pero después de esto, he perdido por completo la confianza tanto en este alojamiento como en la gestión de la plataforma. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Unas vistas estupendas

La localización es estupenda, parece que estás colgado encima del mar. Desde luego, lo mejor de este apartamento son las vistas. Sr. Juan se esmera para que todo esté limpio.

El piso como el mobiliario es bastante antiguo, el sofá del salón es más que dura, las sartenes estaría bien renovar porque el teflón ya está dañado y no es saludable utilizarlo.

Jest mi przykro wystawić taką opinię. Gospodarz to bardzo sympatyczny człowiek. Jednak takie rzeczy jak

Nie domykające się okna, przez co o tej porze roku (koniec stycznia) było zimno. Brudne okna. Brak grzejnika w łazience i kuchni. Szybko kończąca się ciepła woda pod prysznicem. Brud w szafkach kuchennych. Intensywny zapach chloru, którym myta była podłoga.

Tak sobie

Największym plusem mieszkania jes widok na morze. Mieszkanie na 8 piętrze, więc widoki zachwycają. Bezpłatny parking zaraz pod blokiem. 2 sypialnie, wygodne łóżka. Łazienka ok, dostepne ręczniki. Miły wynajmujący.

Niestety czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Pierwsze co po wejściu myliśmy szafki kuchenne, zacieki na frontach. Pralka brudna. Brak w kuchni czajnika czy dużego noża do krojenia (reszta wyposażenia kuchennego ok). W dużym pokoju - tarasie nieszczelne okna, niektórych nie można było zamknąć. Mały bojler na wodę, przy 4 osobowej rodzinie i szybkich prysznicach max 2 osoby mogły skorzystać po sobie, reszta musiała czekać na nagrzanie się wody. Kanapa w salonie do wymiany. Po przyjeździe (styczeń) w mieszkaniu zimno, po włączeniu kaloryferów dopiero 3 doby pobytu zrobiło się w miarę ciepło. W kuchni i łazience do końca pobytu było chłodniej, w tych pomieszczeniach brak kaloryferów.

Juan es una persona muy atenta y cuidadosa. El apartamento tiene una orientación impresionante, los amaneceres sos increíble y la estancia en el salón viendo y escuchando las olas del mar no tiene precio, lo recomiendo 100%.
