Large apartment with sea views and a large balcony 2 min. walk to the beach

The standout features of the apartment were (i) the large balcony, offering a great view of the sea, which made it a pleasure to have meals outside, and (ii) the proximity to the beach, which was conveniently located just a short 2-minute walk away, making it easy to spend time by the water. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Within a couple of minutes' walk, there were a couple of restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend trying the arroz/rice dishes at "A Vora Mar." Additionally, there was a small supermarket/store just a minute away, open every morning except for Wednesdays, making it convenient for purchasing any essentials. The bathrooms in the apartment had been recently renovated, and the space itself was large enough to comfortably accommodate two families with children (in our case, four adults and three children). I must commend the host for his communication and flexibility. He was responsive to any inquiries and even allowed us to check in early, which made our travel experience much more convenient. Overall, we had a great experience at this apartment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet time with family and friends.

While I enjoyed my stay at this accommodation, there were a few areas that could be improved. The beds, couches, and chairs were not as comfortable as I had hoped, and it would be great if the owners considered upgrading them to enhance the overall comfort for guests. Additionally, the apartment and furniture seemed a bit outdated, which may not suit everyone's tastes. However, despite these minor drawbacks, we had a positive experience and would not hesitate to book this place again. The other aspects of the accommodation, such as the location and size, were satisfactory, making it a viable option for future stays.

The apartment is very spacious, perfectly complete, but also very homely. The place was perfectly clean,very close to the beach and Mareny Blau is perfect for a little relaxed vacation. Its not fancy maybe, but it had a friendly atmosphere.

For me, as a 1.79 person, the beds were a tad short.

Great place to stay if you want to be in Sueca but a little far out if you want to be close to Valencia.

It is exactly like the photos; very large (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), nice and clean and beautiful view of the ocean.

It is pretty far away from any public transportation. You need a car if you stay here.
