Cold and dark!

Great location with an amazing view!

We stayed during off season. Our power went out on our second day in the apartment. The staff were unable to fix it. Also, there was no hot water. They kindly moved us to another apartment. There was still no hot water in the second apartment (or third they let us try), and the power continued to go out every time we used more than two burners on the stove, or had too many lights on. Although they tried to remedy the situation, had we known we would have to go 3 whole days with no hot water, and deal with power outages, we would not have booked. Beautiful location and helpful staff, but not worth staying in such a poorly functioning building.

A good choice

The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a several days stay. The check in and check out process was easy. Good location, as is just in front of the beach, large balcony with a great view. The swimming pool is nice, clean and supervised by lifeguards. There is a small restaurant just inside the building where you can eat cheap and tasty and there is a supermarket just around the corner.

Spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Gorgeous balcony view of the seaside. Clean and tidy apartment. Reasonable price for the time of year (Las Falles). Fast responses to booking messages.

This is a great value for money property. Not fancy and a little old but everything is spotless, everything works and it is a great size (with view) for the price I paid…. I was there in spring so it was cool but I noticed no aircon or wifi…. But again for the price I paid it was excellent value!

No air condition, old building with run down state, got locked up in bathroom because door knob dont work, as soon as we entered the lights didnot work. Elevators some how passed tuv when you have the feeling that any moment a cable will brake or you will be stuck ( they are dangerous) and many more.

No muy bien

Esta justo en frente del mar, en verano debe ser una pasada, el complejo se ve completo, al ser invierno estaba todo cerrado, pero la piscina y las pistas de padel deben ser una pasada, un sitio muy bonito.

El apartamento no se parece nada a las fotos, es tan viejo y desde que se construyo parece que solo le han cambiado las bombillas, algunas, hay tomacorrientes que no funcionan, es muy oscuro, las almohadas super duras, el sofa esta casi desbaratado, para ser un sitio tan turístico esta muy abandonado su aspecto.

Ubicación, que haya siempre alguien en portería, que haya de todo en el apartamento aunque sean muebles sencillos.

Los muebles suenan mucho al moverlos (sillas, mesas). Se podrían poner protectores de fieltro o de plástico para que no hagan tanto ruido.
