Ubicación fantástica y un apartamento muy mejorable.

Lo unico por lo que merece la pena este alojamiento es por la ubicación . Rosario es la persona que nos entrego las llaves y es muy amable. El dueño nos atendió una vez que lo llamamos antes de ir por teléfono y muy amable también . El parking publico a cien metros .Cafeterias , bares, tiendas , farmacias ..... todo cerca. Playa casi en la puerta .

El ático es pequeño, solo medio armario para dejar la ropa de cuatro adultos. Lo demás, mesillas con cajones enanos que no cabia sino la ropa interior. Sin persianas en el salon, ni la cocina ni en una de las habitaciones , con lo que el calor a medio dia es horrible. Por la mañana te despiertas al amanecer sin la posibilidad de poder bajar una persiana , excepto en una de las habitaciones , q hay persiana pero no cortina. Peor imposible. El olor en el cuarto de baño es insoportable. Tiene una ventana con acceso a la bajante general del edificio, que si la mantienes abierta un minuto ,no puedes soportar el olor en todo el apartamento. La terraza sin toldo , con una sombrilla rota y solo podíamos salir por la noche porque era imposible con el calor y el sol dando de lleno. Horno roto, microondas que no gira. El sofa cama del salon, pequeño y tapado con un mantel de cocina de tela. Eso y una tumbona a la que tuvimos que poner una toalla nuestra para poder sentarnos de lo sucia que estaba, lo único blando del salon para una familia de cuatro adultos. El apartamento a la entrada sucio, con comida en el frigorífico de los antiguos inquilinos, incluyendo botella de vodka medio vacía en el congelador. Puerta de entrada desencajada , cierra bien porque tiene un cerrojo FAC de seguridad y lo echábamos por las noches. Debería de invertir en arreglar el apartamento, es una pena que todo esto lo desmerezca.

La ubicación del alojamiento y la terraza. Vistas del mar. En pleno centro de Cullera, con todo a un paso.

La limpieza inicial era la justa y las instalaciones no tienen el mejor mantenimiento. La luz de la cocina no funcionaba, los fregaderos y lavabos no tragaba bien, la sombrilla de la terraza no se abría... Un poquito mejor el mantenimiento hubiera sido fantástico.

Nada

llamo y el Anfitrión y me comunica que no sabía que había una reserva y que había llegado de viaje el día anterior y no había mirado nada y no estaba preparado (cosa que no es mi problema y que en ningún caso puede perjudicar al cliente) Me dice que me va a pasar el teléfono de alguien de la portería y que me dará las llaves. Llamo y me dice que hasta las 8 o 9 de la noche no va poder venir a darme las llaves ya que se encontraba en un cumpleaños en Castellón y que como el anfitrión no le había avisado eran las 16:00 no entendemos cómo podemos esperar 4 o 5 horas en la calle (hora de llegada 16:00) el anfitrión no nos da solución y ya en ese momento hablamos de anular la estancia y el está dispuesto a hacer el reembolso de la cantidad abonada. Nos vuelve a llamar la chica y nos dice que quizás una amiga tiene un apartamento disponible la misma que te da las llaves todo muy raro y turbio el cual más tarde nos dice que no. La pido por mi estadoy por nuestro cansacio más el viaje que haga lo que pueda y una hora y pico después nos dice que una amiga nos puede entregar las llaves en la calle. El baño tenía orín en la taza tambien en el suelo y el lavabo estaba muy sucio también la ducha tenía mucha suciedad y la cocina tenía la nevera sucia y los fogones también. los colchones y las almohadas no se pueden limpiar al cambiar las sábanas vimos lo que describo a continuación : cubrecamas con manchas de dudosa procedencia colcha manchada , sábanas sin cambiar y arrugadasy recambios también con manchas . En el Salón: Sofá con manchas blancas igualmente muy poco higiénico. El Anfitrión nos ha estafado xq nos dijo que le pidiéramos a Booking que nos devolviera el dinero xq él no lo había cobrado para luego no contestar nunca más y dejarnos sin dinero. Nos fuimos a otro apartamiento y hemos perdido 447 euros. Booking solo nos a dado un vale de 120y nos ha dejado sin protección después de llamadas de más de una hora. Vergonzoso Cuidado con este señor .
