Overall, while the property has great potential due to its location and sea view, several maintenance issues significant

On a positive note, the location of the property is excellent — very convenient and close to key attractions. The sea view from the terrace was truly beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay.

We would like to share some important feedback regarding our stay. The main issue was the air conditioning. Unfortunately, it is only available in the living room, which made the bedrooms extremely hot at night and made it very difficult to sleep. Additionally, the AC unit is in poor condition — the base is heavily rusted and it leaked continuously during our stay. We had to place a large bucket underneath to collect the water and avoid it dripping onto the neighbor’s terrace. Another significant concern was the shower. The curtain is too short, which made it nearly impossible to take a proper shower without water spilling onto the bathroom floor. We had to be extremely careful each time to avoid flooding. The fridge is also in need of replacement. It is very old — even painted on the front — and doesn’t meet basic expectations for a vacation rental. Lastly, the washing machine requires a very specific procedure to start: after selecting a program, the door must be pushed firmly until it locks and begins the cycle. This is not immediately obvious and could be frustrating for guests unfamiliar with the machine. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future visitors. Thank you for your attention. Perfectly clean apartment in a wonderful location, with some minor flaws.

Wonderful beach, well-equipped kitchen

Some shelves are missing in the bathroom, the sofa needs to be replaced. The outdoor furniture (parasol) is unusable.

Overall we enjoyed the location and our stay. Pilar, the property contact, was responsive and kind.

We liked that it was right on the beach and the size of the apartment. The views of the water were beautiful. The location was good. There were restaurants, shops, and coffee shops within walking distance. A bakery was feet from the building and had delicious fresh bread. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The master had plenty of storage--chest of drawers and closet. Closet also had drawers. We hiked up to the castle one afternoon. It was worth the hike. Gorgeous views of the Mediterranean!

The apartment seemed dusty, especially in the kitchen. It seemed like it hadn't really been cleaned well since the end of the season last year. The toaster was broken. Figuring out how to keep the shower from splashing out onto the bathroom floor took a day or two. You have to use the waterfall feature to control the splash factor (the left button on the shower head). The beach chairs provided were uncomfortable. They should be replaced with new ones. Also, they didn't provide beach towels, only bath towels. We had to buy our own for the beach.

We travelled at Oct half term and had great weather 21-25C and swam in the sea everyday. However at this time in the season most of the apartments along the front had closed up as had around 95% of the restaurants - so it was quiet but we didn't mind - would have been nice to have had a bit more choice to eat out.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist das Beste

Die Lage ist unschlagbar - direkter Blick auf das Meer - wir konnten direkt vor der Haustür des Hochhauses parken.

Check in war eine Katastrophe - wir hatten sehr kurzfristig gebucht und bekamen kaum Informationen - keine Adresse der -FeWo. Online check-in funktionierte nicht - mehrere Telefonate, bis wir dann endlich die notwendigen Informationen bekamen, um die Person zu kontaktieren, die uns dann die Schlüssel übergab um 16.30 Uhr, da die Fe-Wo auch noch nicht komplett gereinigt war. Außerdem konnte die Person - entgegen der Aussage von einer Mitarbeiterin von SingularStays - kein englisch, was die ganze Angelegenheit nicht vereinfachte. Keine WLan Info in Wohnung, Die Beleuchtung im Flur und in einem der Zimmer funktionierte nicht.

Lo único que me gustaron fueron las vistas.

Sofá malo y uno solo para 6 personas ( 3 en el suelo y 3 en el sofá, literal). Los colchones malísimos. Una de las habitaciones tiene la luz estropeada tapada con un trozo de celofán y tienes que ir donde está la ventana a un interruptor que han puesto ahi. El aire acondicionado hace un ruido que no veas, parece una cafetera que en el silencio de la noche es un gustazo, las persianas al ser un séptimo, como es lógico, hace mucho aire, se mueven y hacen mucho ruido. La ducha un desastre con cortina y no traga el agua. Y lo peor la cocina. Sin la revisión del gas pasada desde el 2001 hay uno de los fuegos que no funciona bien y se sale todo el gas por donde no debe de manera que cuando enciendes el mechero hace llamarada como para salir ardiendo el piso entero. Llamé a la empresa de alquiler y no me hicieron ni caso. Fatal. Muy mal. La piscina en sombra tooooodo el día , el agua congelada, nunca había nadie bañándose, era imposible meter un dedo! Los aparcamientos son para un Seat Marbella, para los coches del tamaño de hoy en día está claro que no. En fin, mal. No volvería. Relación calidad precio pésima. Muy mal. Además me parece un peligro lo del gas no sé cómo tienen la valentía de alquilar eso en ese estado. Ayer mismo cuando salí del apartamento se lo dije a la inmobiliaria por WhatsApp y ni me han contestado. Una vergüenza.

El pésimo mantenimiento del apartamento. La cocina de gas, sólo un fogón funcionaba de cuatro, uno de los que no funcionaba perdía gas. LA nevera vieja y sucia Cuando llegamos el apartamento no estaba ni limpio ni listo y eran ya las cuatro de la tarde EL aire acondicionado hacía un ruido espantoso Las persianas en mal estado, falta material de cocina La cortina de la ducha muy corta y salía el agua fuera hubo que poner una nueva

La ubicación es perfecta, y el fácil acceso a la piscina. Es un piso que no está mal

Tiene bastantes desperfectos, solo dispone de un aparato de aire acondicionado en el salón por lo que en las habitaciones hace muchísimo calor. El baño y la cocina necesitan una reforma. Y a modo sugerencia poner algún espejo en las habitaciones ya que solo hay uno en el baño para toda la casa!

Poco papel, no había tijeras, y se le comentó al anfitrión pero hicieron caso omiso, interruptores rotos y precintados. Hay cosas que por el alto coste del apartamento deberían de mejorarlas.

¡VOLVEREMOS!

Está súper bien equipado, es muy cómodo, las camas y almohadas nos gustaron mucho (aunque eso cambia con cada persona). La cocina tiene de todo, según la información del anuncio. La ubicación es excelente. LAS VISTAS INCREÍBLES, desde las 3 habitaciones y el salón se ve el mar.

Nada! La cortina de ducha estaba un poco alta y se salía el agua por abajo pero vamos, no es un gran problema!
