It’s big and clean. There is a free public parking lot a block away. So I used the public parking lot instead of the private parking garage.
It’s a little far away from València.

Incredibly spacious, good wifi, good aircon
The key lock didn’t work, and we had to spend quite sometime sorting it out. It has a code, and I strongly recommend checking whether it works before leaving the house otherwise you are stuck outside.
There is absolutely nothing around, Sueca is a ghost town and a good 30 mins ride from Valencia.
If your goal is going to Valencia, you might be better going somewhere closer. Still, it’s quiet and good value for money.
