everything! especially the location - located in the heart of Pula down-town and the farmer's market, you can simply walk around the whole area even late at night.
parking - it would add more value if the hosts could arrange a designated parking lot at the farmer's market car park. especially at night if you come back, it is quite difficult to find any parking and have to drive around, hoping that someone will leave.
