The location of the apartment. The responsiveness of the host to online questions.
The car park is quite far from the apartment. It all works fine, but a consideration if travelling with luggage in the summer months.

Very nice little apartment right in the heart of Pula. Excellent location, very close to the pedestrian zone, yet still very quiet. The bed has an excellent mattress and is extremely comfortable. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Modern comfortable apartment inside a lovely old building. Fantastic location close to all Pula’s attractions. A lovely space to escape the afternoon heat. Owners very helpful and parking was close by.

Very morden & beautiful Apt. Close to everything.
If the host can provide the necessary information (entering code, key box code) to the guest bit earlier, it would be much better.
