Central, facile, confortable

Très central, avec vue sur la place. La cuisinette est bien équipée (cuisson, bouilloire, machine à café). Le parking est a quelques centaines de mètres, près de l'amphithéâtre. Les explications étaient claires et la communication par whattsapp rapide et facile

Modern appartement midden in centrum Pula

Geweldige locatie, middenin het centrum. Zeer proper appartement met comfortabel bed en moderne badkamer. Gastvrouw was ook zeer vriendelijk en contacteerde ons voor ons verblijf over de locatie en instructies voor inchecken. Ze beantwoordde ook al onze vragen snel. Toen we aankwamen speelde er zeer luide muziek buiten, maar binnen hoor je hier niets meer van.

Lokacija apartmna je doista izvrsna budući da ste smješteni u samom centru grada što vam omogućuje jednostavan pristup svim kulturnim sadržajima, a poglavito ukoliko idete na neki koncert u Arenu. Velika je prednost što se nudi parking budući da u Puli nije jednostavno naći povoljan parking u samom centru grada. Apartman ima sve što je potrebno za kraći no i za malo duži boravak budući da u kuhinjici možete pronaći sve što vam je neophodno čak i ukoliko želite nešto skuhati. Organizacija dolaska i odlaska je izvrsno organizirana; sve upute su vrlo jednostavne i jasne i stići će vam na vrijeme.

Mislim da bi možda mogli obratiti pažnju na kvalitetu ručnika obzirom da su neki doista lošeg stanja, i to očito nakon višegodišnjeg korištenja i pranja. I dodatno, kako to vrlo često biva u turističkim apartmanima, u kupaoni nedostaje vješalica na koju možete objesiti ručnike pa ćete morati koristiti ili radijator ili neka druga mjesta.

Such a wonderful stay in Pula

The host was kind and thoughtful. Her instruction on how to park and check-in was very clear. You can find everything in the apartment; coffeee machine, nice couch, bed, refrigerator, air conditioner, TV, and so on. It was quite big. And the neighborhood was perfect. Market, Pula Arena and others are within 10-minute walking distance.

Be sure to put every trash in the trash bin! If you happen to leave a food in the kitchen ants will eat them before you. I left a donut wrapper on the table and later found out that ants were there.

TODO. No busques más, este es tu sitio. La ubicación perfecta, tiendas,bares,restaurantes,tanto a la izquierda como a la derecha tienes de todo. Los monumentos más importantes están muy cerca. Y hablan español. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. La cama muy cómoda,y la televisión con Netflix, prime...Todo genial

Mitigé...

L'emplacement proche du centre et le fait d'avoir un parking (sécurisé avec digicode) à noter que celui ci se trouve quand même à 600 metres de l'appartement. La réactivité du personnel. Une ampoule be fonctionnait plus et ils sont venus la changer dans la foulée.

L'appartement ne correspondait pas aux photos presentes sur internet. C'est un peu comme la loterie je pense, parfois on a la chance et parfois non. Il était tres sombre. En effet les deux fenêtres donnant sur une espèce de cour et des toits ne laisseraient passer que très peu de lumière. Peu de vaisselles, seulement deux verres, etc , kitchenette peu équipée, notamment pas de micro-ondes. La douche est capricieuse, soit l'eau sort bouillante soit froide. Le matelas commence à être un peu use et fait un peu le creux sur le milieu. Pas réellement confortable pour dormir. L'aménagement de l'appartement n'est pas idéal, ne serait ce que pour manger.

Stay fully lived up to expectations. Recommend!

Clean, accessible, fresh furniture and accommodating design. You feel like the furniture and accessories are good quality. Pleasant set-up, compact, but not tight at the same time. Small and functional kitchen, equipped to cook proper meals, if needed. Easy and convenient check in and out, host provided all necessary explanations in advance. Huge plus is a private parking 10 mins by walk from the apartment.

Located in a very lively area, so when the windows are opened to get some fresh air, you feel like you are on the street. Although noise insulation of windows is impeccable, while they are closed

unfortunately we cannot give positive reviews regarding this accommodation. The location of this accommodation is right in the center. What we were not aware of is that there are several bars / restaurants under the accommodation. In the evening, loud music is played until 1:00 am, so sleeping on time is not an option. The accommodation was disappointing for the following reasons: upon entering the hall you smell a strong perfume smell to, as it turns out, disguise the sewage smell. A rat trap has also been placed in the hall at the height of the stairs. The accommodation is not clean. mold and limescale in the bathroom and dust on the armrests of the sofa bed. Under the sheets of the double bed we found a lot of body hair from probably the previous guests. We therefore did not want to sleep on this and reported the defects to the contact person of the accommodation. The conclusion was that they had no other accommodations available for us and could not do anything for us. we could choose from the following two options; stay in the knowledge that you cannot sleep on the bed or get a refund and leave the accommodation. Although it was already 01:00 AM, we decided to leave the accommodation not knowing where to go. We have received the money back, but this experience will stay with us for a long time.

New appartments in old building. We've got free upgrade for bigger room with street view (wasn't great choice as there was some birthday party in restaurant below, but this isn't owners fault). Location is great, host was really helpful!

Location was very good and convenient to sights, restaurants, and stores. Staff met us upon arrival after arranging our pick up at airport. Had everything we needed in an apartment. There was an elevator.

Well located apartment within walking distance to the Coliseum, the farmer’s market, the harbour, and the million cafes&

A well located spacious apartment. From here we could walk to all the main attractions. We were greeted by Marcelle prior to arrival about car parking, (at no extra charge 👏) and met by her at the main entrance to the building. The apartment was well appointed, king-sized comfortable bed. There was no soap in the shower and handbasin soap dispensers (the room cleaner replaced them), and the water pressure in the shower not strong enough for the overhead shower. The kitchen was quite well appointed, however the coffee machine certainly made our coffee but failed to heat the water. As the cord was bound up with tape, it might be time to replace the whole machine.

The two pillows. Could do with two more.
