Good value for money

Right in the center, near the old town. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, as it can get loud sometimes because of the boulevard in front of the building. It was nice to have private parking.

If you have heavy luggage go to the apartment first and after that to the parking. If you go on foot, there are 500m between them.

Perfect location, nicely appointed with a helpful manager.

This apartment is very central but it is quiet and private. It has everything you need and is spacious and clean. The parking is a little bit of a walk but so great. I felt like I didn’t have to worry about anything once I got settled in the apartment. The directions are very clear for getting in but the manager was also willing to meet us. There is a great restaurant across the street on the corner by itself. There are a lot of plants around the patio in the summer. I would recommend this apartment.

The lighting in the living room is a little strong. It would be nice to have a floor lamp.

Such a wonderful stay in Pula

The host was kind and thoughtful. Her instruction on how to park and check-in was very clear. You can find everything in the apartment; coffeee machine, nice couch, bed, refrigerator, air conditioner, TV, and so on. It was quite big. And the neighborhood was perfect. Market, Pula Arena and others are within 10-minute walking distance.

Be sure to put every trash in the trash bin! If you happen to leave a food in the kitchen ants will eat them before you. I left a donut wrapper on the table and later found out that ants were there.

Stay fully lived up to expectations. Recommend!

Clean, accessible, fresh furniture and accommodating design. You feel like the furniture and accessories are good quality. Pleasant set-up, compact, but not tight at the same time. Small and functional kitchen, equipped to cook proper meals, if needed. Easy and convenient check in and out, host provided all necessary explanations in advance. Huge plus is a private parking 10 mins by walk from the apartment.

Located in a very lively area, so when the windows are opened to get some fresh air, you feel like you are on the street. Although noise insulation of windows is impeccable, while they are closed

unfortunately we cannot give positive reviews regarding this accommodation. The location of this accommodation is right in the center. What we were not aware of is that there are several bars / restaurants under the accommodation. In the evening, loud music is played until 1:00 am, so sleeping on time is not an option. The accommodation was disappointing for the following reasons: upon entering the hall you smell a strong perfume smell to, as it turns out, disguise the sewage smell. A rat trap has also been placed in the hall at the height of the stairs. The accommodation is not clean. mold and limescale in the bathroom and dust on the armrests of the sofa bed. Under the sheets of the double bed we found a lot of body hair from probably the previous guests. We therefore did not want to sleep on this and reported the defects to the contact person of the accommodation. The conclusion was that they had no other accommodations available for us and could not do anything for us. we could choose from the following two options; stay in the knowledge that you cannot sleep on the bed or get a refund and leave the accommodation. Although it was already 01:00 AM, we decided to leave the accommodation not knowing where to go. We have received the money back, but this experience will stay with us for a long time.

New appartments in old building. We've got free upgrade for bigger room with street view (wasn't great choice as there was some birthday party in restaurant below, but this isn't owners fault). Location is great, host was really helpful!

Pleasant stay in Pula

Location was very good and convenient to sights, restaurants, and stores. Staff met us upon arrival after arranging our pick up at airport. Had everything we needed in an apartment. There was an elevator.

Well located apartment within walking distance to the Coliseum, the farmer’s market, the harbour, and the million cafes&

A well located spacious apartment. From here we could walk to all the main attractions. We were greeted by Marcelle prior to arrival about car parking, (at no extra charge 👏) and met by her at the main entrance to the building. The apartment was well appointed, king-sized comfortable bed. There was no soap in the shower and handbasin soap dispensers (the room cleaner replaced them), and the water pressure in the shower not strong enough for the overhead shower. The kitchen was quite well appointed, however the coffee machine certainly made our coffee but failed to heat the water. As the cord was bound up with tape, it might be time to replace the whole machine.

Great centrally located apartment in Pula

Host was super friendly and quick to respond even for a late Check out. The instructions were clear and easy to follow both for finding the apartment and the parking. The apartment was super clean and central, with a working elevator and all the needed appliances and cutlery/dishes/pots in the kitchen area. Good internet connection and comfy bed.

Not very easy to stop the car near the apartment to leave all the bags.

The accommodation was beautiful, in a great location and with everything you need in it. It is as beautiful as in the picture, it is warm, comfortable and clean. The owners were kind and we entered the apartment using the code, so we didn't need the key. There is secured parking, which was very important to us. Our expectations were met and we would happily stay here again.
