Clean, comfortable, climatised, with some amenities in the bathroom and kitchen.
Good underground garage.

If not very careful - there is excess water on bathroom floor after showering. Nothing important.

The location is good and there is an underground garage. Going into the garage you should be careful though, on our exit from the underground garage we took a slight hit beneath the car. Next time we used the garage we drove backwards from it and that's how we managed not to hit the car again.
It's a very small apartment for four people. It was organized as if someone was living there just before our stay. It was not super clean. There was some hair on the sheets. Overall it's ok, not too bad but next time we will search for something with better value for money.

Location very near the city center and the arena, parking,, cleansiness
A balcony would be a cherry on top. The shower gel dispenser was empty but we managed, it wasn't that important.
