Studio très confortable mais l'environnement n'est pas TOP.
Non concerné
Environnement très bruyant (route très fréquentée y compris les nuits). Un voisin qui passe en revue les contacts de son téléphone chaque soir en plus de la musique. Cela dure en moyenne jusqu'à minuit, avec un pic à 2 heures du matin le mercredi.

Oltre a tutti i disguidi, anche il mal tempo. Non era l'Annecy dell'anno scorso!
Il posto auto molto comodo. La pulizia all'arrivo. La gentilezza delle persone dell'agenzia che gestiva l'appartamento. Il bagno ampio.
La difficoltà e la lontananza dell'agenzia che gestiva l'immobile. La posizione dei letti, impossibili da rifare. L'arredamento veramente troppo essenziale (solo due sedie, nulla per appoggiare una valigia). I fuochi non funzionanti. Il prezzo, apparentemente buono, comprendeva pochissimi servizi: niente biancheria, niente pulizie, riconsegna dell'appartamento alle 9 della mattina, mai sentito da nessuna parte. Il condominio non si affacciava sulla collina ma sul cortile dove era il parcheggio auto. Il fatto che fosse lontano dal centro era noto ma le strade su cui si affacciava erano erano sostanzialmente extraurbane.
