Compact studio, good price!

It’s about five minutes walk from the nice river area where all the restaurants are, and the lake is maybe 5-10 minutes further away. It is literally next door to the Intermarche

Super convenient for Annecy town with secure parking

A super little modern apartment on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a large building. It is actually more spacious than I imagined from the photos. Secure gated parking is visible fom the apartment window. Google maps took us to the wrong part of the complex, which caused confusion, but this was overcome after a very amicable phone call. There is a large supermarket round the corner and Annecy historical centre is just a short walk. There is no air-con, however, the fan provided kept us cool enough. There are plenty of plug sockets and clear instructions left for accessing tv and WiFi. Dropping the keys off with the elderly relative on the floor above was no problem when we left.

The only reason I didn't rate a 10 is a) I think the show head really needs a wall bracket (water pressure is brilliant, but it squirts everywhere) and b) as other reviewers have also pointed out, only 1 small bath towel between 2 people is provided for the duration.

10-15 minute walk in to town was great. good little kitchen to prepare basics.

there was no aircon so very hot and stuffy. only one towel provided. the double bed was pretty small.

Pleasant

Good location for town and lake. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Apartment very small and although facilities were good, well stocked kitchen and a few breakfast items the shower in the bathroom was handheld - really should have a wall mounting fixture. Also, only 1 towel was left for a couple for 2 days! Checkout was a little awkward as we were asked to leave the keys with the hosts mother, but she was out. We posted keys through her letterbox as we couldn't get a reply from the host, but he found this unacceptable. After a good stay we found this a bit uncomfortable as we tried our best!

Difficoltà per recuperare e consegnare le chiavi (la madre dell'host, a cui è affidato il compito, purtroppo ha difficoltà a sentire telefono e campanello data l'età). Richiesta di pulizia dell'appartamento a fine soggiorno non indicata in fase di prenotazione su booking ma solo sul foglio delle regole all'interno dell'appartamento.

Thierry s'est montré très disponible et arrangeant. L'emplacement est parfait ! Très proche du lac à pieds, un parking à disposition, un inter juste à côté. Et l'appartement est très bien disposé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, même un ventilateur ☀️☀️

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement parfait, proche de la vieille ville et avec un parking privé : le luxe. L’appartement était TB, rien ne manquait. Seul petit bémol : un côté du lit contre le mur et pas très grand, mais excellente literie ! À recommander !

Compacto pero super cómodo para estadía de un fin de semana. Muy bien equipado, con una ubicación excelente, próxima al centro y al lado de un supermercado.

La ducha no está colgada a la pared, debes manejarla con la mano.
