A lovely stay in a cozy apartment.

I really liked how clean and comfortable the property was.The room was well-maintained,cozy and had everything we needed.The location was also very convenient,which made our stay even better.

The heater took a little time to warm up,but everything else was fine.

I would stop at a hotel next time because of horible customer service and tidiness.

Location was good, it’s in a quiet neighborhood, 15 walking distance from the city center and old city. It’s cozy but could be cold during the winter.

Dusty, no hair dryer, shampoo or other small traveling things, that are essential to take a shower after a long flight. The door apparently auto locks once closed, and the owner didn’t mention that anywhere. It got locked when I stepped outside and I couldn’t get in for two days, had to call a specialist and pay extra €200 to open it. Also, the owner was complaining about the trash not taken out (property policies didn’t say that I had to clean everything and take trash out after stay) and bothering me for that for three days without a clear explanation of what he is proposing, also a picture of a hole in the wall that I haven’t done. It looks like door opened and made that hole, he’s been complaining for three days, texting me and my French uncle just with complains about the trash and hole I haven’t seen. And after three days he just said I have to pay for that.

L'appartement est spacieux et confortable. Il est bien décoré et on y trouve tout le nécessaire. L'hôte est réactif. Le lieu est calme et le parking dans la rue est relativement facile (hiver hors vacances).

Une odeur de cigarettes est présente dans la chambre, peut être très gênant.

Appartement clair, spacieux et très bien équipé. Prompte intervention et bonne réactivité du propriétaire pour régler rapidement un incident de Wi-Fi et de TV.

L'appartement est bien décoré et très confortable. Nous sommes restés une seule nuit, mais nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir lors d'un nouveau passage à Annecy.

Très bon logement

Le logement est très bien équipé, nous n’avons manqué de rien. L’arrivée est autonome et facile. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

L’appartement est bien situé, dans un quartier calme, ceci dit il y a peu de place pour se garer autour. L’isolation sonore n’est pas au top.

Séjour courte durée

La cuisine équipée, la surface de la pièce à vivre agréable, le grand placard d’entrée.

Radiateurs non adaptés à la surface de l’appartement, manque de puissance, donc difficile pour obtenir une température agréable lorsque les températures extérieures sont basses. Pour le couchage, une vraie couette et non des plaids afin de dormir chaudement. Un porte manteau ou patère pour accrocher les vêtements dans la salle de bain. Et pour un petit luxe, un miroir debout pour se regarder de la tête aux pieds, mais ça c’est mon avis personnel.

Recomiendo este alojamiento. Muy bonito, confortable y con todos los detalles. El propietario muy atento y con rápida respuesta por mensajeria. No lo he llegado a conocer pero el día de antes me pasó todas las instrucciones para entrar al piso. Un piso muy cerca de la parada del bus que te lleva al centro, cerca de restaurantes, supermercado y otros servicios. Muy recomendable.

Colchón y cojín muy blandos para mi gusto porque estoy acostumbra a dormir más duro.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

C'est un très bel appartement, confortable et conforme à la description. Il est très bien placé, proche d'un chemin boisé pour aller en centre-ville et proche de plusieurs commerces. Arrivée et départ en autonomie grâce à une boîte à clé.

-le matelas est souple comme indiqué dans les autres commentaires, mais ce n'est pas dérangeant pour quelques jours -malgré le fait que ce soit un appartement non-fumeur, il y avait une forte odeur de cigarette dans la pièce à vivre quand nous sommes arrivés. Celle-ci s'est dissipée en aérant pendant plusieurs heures mais elle reste incrustée dans les textiles de la maison (rideaux notamment) (je précise que nous ne fumons pas).
