Oil Mill Lane Holiday Cottage

There is nothing to not like! This was the most comfortable, welcoming, relaxing place I have stayed in all my travels ( except for my family’s homes) John was the best tour guide, expert of the best in the area and an overall great person!! I am so grateful we found Johns cottage on booking.com. We will be back! If you want a relaxing, beautiful, welcoming place to stay close to all amenities and the wonderful town of Berwick this is your only choice! Thank you John!

There is absolutely Nothing that we did not like. It is fabulous!

Unser Gastgeber John war einmalig: so bemüht es uns gut gehen zu lassen, super nett, zuvorkommend, höflich und ein Juwel in dieser Zeit - allein das macht schon eine Ferienwohnung aus. Aber es kam noch besser: die beiden Terrassen super schön mit den lieb gepflegten Blumen, die Wohnung war super super sauber, herrlich großzügig und mit allem was das Herz begehrt bestückt (Waschmaschine mit Trockner wenn man es brauchte, eine wahnsinns Kücheneinrichtung inkl Putzmitteln, Duschgel etc im cleanen Badezimmer mit Wanne und Dusche) es war einfach wie "nach Hause kommen", sogar Blumen und frisches Obst und eine neue TV-Zeitschrift waren auf dem Tisch - ebenso wie unzählige Infos über Berwick upon Tweed. Außerdem durften wir immer bei ihm klingeln und ihn fragen. Vielen vielen lieben Dank lieber John, es war phantastisch, Dich kennenlernen zu dürfen! Herzliche Grüße, Elke & Tom

Great location in the old town, close to the town walls and the sea, and not far from shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable, and has a lovely courtyard garden and sitting area.

Oil Mill Lane was comfortable and centrally located. The garden was a great facility when the weather is good. We would certainly stay here again.
