Very relaxing and comfortable holiday, made even better by wonderful Villa Topesa

The apartment was very clean and perfect size for 4 guests. The little balconies are a lovely addition for outside space with privacy. The host, Jasmina, went over and above for us to make sure we had the best holiday. Highly recommend this villa!

Superb

Jasmina was a super friendly host, who gave good restaurant tips etc. and was always there to help if needed. The pool area was beautiful and the sun beds comfy. Location near the beach was great. Old town was easy to access by Uber or taxi (about 15-20 min.) and the bus stop was also near by.

We liked the host. She was a nice person. She gave us many detail about the things we can do around.

The price we payed it was way higher than other locations around (double) and moreover for the small room we had. We book in a hurry and we didnt analyze the offer well. We tried to negociate, but we couldnt.

First of all, Mrs Jasmina was really a great host and from day of booking she was contacted us Once arrived in Zadar, we were impressed about the apartment, the cleaning and the position closed to the beach The apartment new and full equipped. From towels, beach towels everything impeccable From Mrs Jasmine we received all needed information related to Zadar Quiet during the night and really relaxing bed and sofa for the kids Nice terrace to enjoy the breakfast or late night a glass of wine. Not at the last, the swimming pool also impeccable Thanks for all and will do our best to come back, while was an amazing holiday!

The appartment was very spacious and nice. The pool area was beautifull with lots of sunbeds. It was very close to the sea with a supermarket and bakery nearby.

The appartment was noisy. We could hear the neighbors through the walls.

Very good accomodation for holiday near Zadar

Very easy access to the facility, location close to the beach (100m), easy handover of the apartment (keys). A very nice owner of the facility was on site, in case of any difficulties (we didn't have any :)), simple contact. Near the shop, ATM, restaurants. Perfect holiday destination!

We had no objections, maybe a small apartment of 30m2 for 3 people, but with garden furniture. But it was our choice - one of the last offers at the time.

Fajne apartamenty, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba na niedługi pobyt - suszarka, żelazko, ręczniki na plaże, kuchnia również wyposażona. Przyjemny basen, który we wrześniu był praktycznie tylko dla nas. Miła właścicielka, która przekazała cenne wskazówki dla zwiedzania okolicy.

Super fijn en schoon appartement. Net iets buiten het centrum maar op 1 minuut lopen van het strand, supermarkt, bakkertje en meerdere cafe’s. Wij hadden fietsen gehuurd en met 15 min. fietsen was je in de oude binnenstad. Aanrader!

Igényes, tiszta, szép apartman

A szállásadónk Jasmina nagyon kedvesen fogadott érkezéskor. Angolul tökéletesen beszélt. Egy város térképen megjelölte a jó éttermeket, boltot, bárt, strandokat, melyeket ajánl. Ez szuper ötlet volt tőle és segítség. A Villa Topesában extrém tisztaság fogadott, ami számomra nagyon fontos szempont. Nagyon jól felszerelt apartman. Tényleg minden apró részletre figyelt Jasmina. Minden igényes. A kültéri medence is szuper volt, kellemes hőmérsékletű és tiszta vízzel, sok kényelmes napozóággyal. A tengerpart, a strandok néhány lépésnyire voltak csupán. Zadar óvárosa autóval 6-7 percnyire volt. Összességében nagyon ajánlom!

Super miejsce na wypoczynek od miasta

Właścicielka przywitała nas osobiście, mimo bardzo późnej pory. Wszystko wytłumaczyła, zostawiła mapkę z poleceniami (z których skorzystalismy). Basen czyściutki, wolne leżaki mimo pełnego obłożenia. Kilkanaście kroków na plażę. Idealne miejsce.
