Wonderful apartment in front of the sea with great and modern interior.

The GOLD apartment has a sea view from the terrace. Exceptionally clean, cafes and a small supermarket walking distance. Very polite and available host. Appreciated the way locking system works. Easy and convenient.

An extra toilet, as this is a holiday destination, would have been a big plus. this is not a negative feedback as there is really nothing bad nor wrong with the apartment. We enjoyed our time in Zadar.

A wonderful experience, above expectations...

My husband and I spent a wonderful time in the Silver apartment. The apartment is superbly equipped, in it you will find everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The owners have thought of every detail, and it can be noticed that a lot of effort and love has been invested in the decoration. Each room has a TV screen and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find everything you need, from dishes to kitchen appliances. In the bedrooms you can also find a safe for safe storage of valuables. We felt very safe and there was no need to use the safe. The apartment is secured with a special locking technology. Also, the apartment has a beautiful garden overlooking the sea, where you can prepare a barbecue, and is ideal for staying with children. Your car will be parked in a secure underground garage, which can only be accessed by people staying in the building/apartments. The apartment is located in a beautiful location, with very beautiful beaches, and there are cafes and restaurants nearby. It is less than 10 minutes drive from the center of Zadar. We were especially impressed by the kindness of the owners who were available at all times for everything we needed. The owners are fluent in Croatian, Slovenian, English and German. Towards the end of our stay, owner Martin visited us to meet us and check if we needed anything else. We got the impression that guest satisfaction is really important for the owners. We recommend staying in this apartment to everyone who wants a quality and relaxing holiday. When we spend our summer in this location again, we will surely choose this wonderful apartment.
