The room was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities that you need. It's in a great location for both the beach and the Yumbo and has a nice balcony to sit on. The staff are also super helpful and friendly, I had a problem with the electricity one day and they were in my room immediately sorting it out. A great place to stay.

The lorry's outside at 6 a.m collecting rubbish. However the hotel can't control this but be aware if you are near the road it could be annoying.

Ideal location and close to supermarket, buses and entertainment. Apartments well equipped and extremely comfortable beds. Pool area spotless with plenty of sunbeds and parasols.

A kettle would be a good addition to the kitchen equipment.

Although the hotel is old it is well kept and in general clean, but read the things I didn't like to understand better. The rooms have a small kitchenette and a sizeable shower room, which is what we were looking for. The location is good because it was had way between the Yumbo Centre and the beach. The hotel offers car rental as well but parking is on the street.

Although the hotel looks quite clean, we still found two dead cockroaches under the bed and the sofa. Probably left there following a pest control exercise, but it shows that cleaning was not thorough enough. Towels are changed once every two days and that was fine with us but the bed linen was not even changed once in ten days. Before arriving to the hotel, I asked for a room accessible by lift or on ground floor due to a health issue with my partner's knees. We were given a room on the fifth floor, however the lift was out of order most of the time. They knew we has a health issue, and yet we were never offered an alternative room. Wifi in the rooms is very weak, but I was informed by the hotel beforehand.
