The staff were incredibly friendly and answered all our queries before arrival, making everything easy and reassuring. They were very helpful and ensured we had a pleasant stay. We would definitely return in the future.

Location is great and amazing value for the money. Staff are great. The beds are fantastic hence why I am a returning client.

Check-in is at 3pm but we didn’t get in until 4pm 🕓

Code was clear and easy to use for the gate and door to apartment. We arrived late at night and it was straight forward and stress free. Apartment was large, lots of space for us as a family off 4. Swimming pool was warm, clean and gated so safe. Bedding was clean, towels changed every 2 days, room cleaned every 5 days. Cleaners were polite and very accommodating. Apartment was located near two large supermarkets, easy to walk to. Beach was about 20min walk away, step access though as apartment is on top of the hill. Very close to Yumbo but couldn't hear it, other bars and restaurants close by for food etc. Hot water and shower pressure was fabulous. We would stay again. We hired a car, loads of street parking on the one way road past the apartment.

Beds very hard which I'm personally not used to. Pool doesn't open until 10am so not ideal with excited children who are up early. I honestly cant fault anything, these two points not being that much of a game changer. No air con but we visited in April and it wasn't really warm enough in the evenings/nights for it.

sheets not changed during our 10 day stay. Room only cleaned 4 times. Also, cutlery and cups etc were very limited. e.g 3 tea spoons. 2 wine glasses.
