Everything value for money and quality new apartment

Fully equipped apartment, Stephan was very friendly and attentive. Lovely quiet pool with lots of midday sun. 7 min walk to beach, with lots of restaurants nearby. 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop, public transport on the island is great, buses are very punctual and cheap.

Towels needed to be refreshed, although we later found out it was the wash machine that left a musky smell on anything washed in it. Kettle was leaking but Stephan did say he would replace it. Walls are quite thin and you can hear your neighbours moving around. Lastly, the WiFi was a big issue, the house WiFi stopped working on day 2, which the WiFi for the building itself worked but only at pool. Stephan did have a new router installed while we were there but unfortunately it stopped working after 2 days (WiFi comes up "connected without internet"). It seems this is more a provider issue.

The location was very good. The apartment is in the Valparaiso Building. It had good facilities, tv, kitchen with good utensils etc, hairdryer. It was also close to the beach if you walk down the street and then down the steps to the beach. It was quiet at night.

The WiFi was bad.

No estaba limpio, tuvimos que limpiar todo al llegar. Se notaba que ahí vivía alguien por qué no pudimos aprovechar el armario ya que estaba la mitad cerrada con candado. Las sábanas no olían bien, las almohadas eran incómodas y para colmo no podíamos dejar las ventanas abiertas por qué había cucarachas. Como consejo, debería de darle una mano de pintura y hacer el baño más cómodo por qué era algo incómodo por el mueble de lavabo.
