Relax bungalow with parking

Ein toller Bungalow in einer top Lage. Keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und der Promenade mit zahlreichen Ständen und Restaurants. Supermarkt (alle kleiner und recht teuer) in zwei Richtungen keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern....zwei tolle Schlafzimmer mit Betten jeweils 1 an der Wand. Der Bungalow ist super ausgestattet. Sogar Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett sind da. Extra Decken für kältere Nächste waren vorhanden. Ich finde es wäre auf jeden Fall in jedem Schlafzimmer auch Platz für ein Babybett. Steht nur anders in der Beschreibung. Die Fenster und Türen sind gut dicht und so kann man gut schlafen. Wenn man genau hinhört hört man auch etwas Musik bis spät....aber das ist dort eben so. In den Schlafzimmer kann man die Fenster sehr gut verdunkeln bzw es ist dann richtig dunkel wenn man sie richtig schließt. Es gibt direkt neben dem Bungalow einen Pool. Der ist auch tief, also sollten Nichtschwimmer-Kinder unter Aufsicht sein. Es gibt noch eine Minipool für die Kleinen. Der Poolbereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, doch noch völlig ok. Vor dem Bungalow kann man herrlich sitzen und es ist alles schön bepflanzen, so sieht man die Nachbarn nicht wirklich. Zu bedenken ist bei solchen Bungalows natürlich immer, dass sie den Wohnungsmarkt stark verändern. Ansässige müssen teure Mieten zahlen weil Wohnraum knapp ist. Das wurde mir erst dort nochmal richtig bewusst. Aber das sollte jeder für sich entscheiden. Wir waren sehr gerne dort. Ein Parkplatz gab es auch direkt neben dem Bungalow...etwas knapp bemessen, doch machbar. Der Host war freundlich und sehr unkompliziert. Email Kontakt auf Englisch gut möglich.

Eine Garderobe hat uns etwas gefehlt...aber vielleicht ist das so ein typisch deutsches Ding:-)

Great location, very quite surroundings, many residents around so not too touristy, easy parking, all basic amenities, garden, deckchairs, so you basically live in a green and quiet surrounding at a stone's throw of the heart of Play del Ingles and the beaches. Taxi stands, and car rentals in the neighbourhood. Clean design. Pool. Easy garbage collection systems. The guy welcoming you is great and available when needed. A bottle of Cava is awaiting you on day 1. Good equipment and toilet paper/ tissues available for the first days. Spices, oil etc available. The property is safe and non accessible without keys. You get two sets. We would definetly go back next time we go to Gran Canaria.

Nothing really. If you want to nitpick, Italian coffee maker was dirty and unusable (the rest was clean), beds are single, against the walls so if don't like to sleep against a wall, this is not the place. The islands has no mosquitoes, no jelly fish ... a paradise but they do have ginormous cockroaches. There are traps everywhere, but you may come across one from time to time. No big deal. If you have mobility problem, the beach is only accessible by car or taxi. Otherwise you may consider Tenerife but the beaches in Gran Canaria are way better.

EL JARDÍN PODRÍA ESTAR MÁS CUIDADO Y EL CESPED MEJOR ATENDIDO. TANTA VEGETACIÓN PROPORCIONA DEMASIADOS INSECTOS INDESEADOS QUE SE CUELAN EN LA CASA. ES LA RAZÓN POR LA QUE NO LE PONGO UN 10
