La ubicación es perfecta y tiene piscina que se agradece mucho los días de aire
El sofá cama es muy incómodo, tiene la cristalera de la terraza rota, en cualquier momento se le puede caer a alguien encima. Y no hay espacio suficiente si quieres comer dentro. Y ahora con las temperaturas tan altas que hay en Canarias se agradecería un aire acondicionado, hay momentos que se pasa calor en el apartamento.

La cercania a la playa, y que tenía el supermercado al lado
Que los ventiladores no quitaban el calor por la noche. Cuando entrabas al baño, era un horno, del calor que desprendía. La terraza era un cúmulo de trastos de antiguos clientes. Había comida, incluso abierta, de inquilinos anteriores. Los ascensores eran lentos, a la hora de cerrarse las puertas. En la piscina se veían a veces muchos flotadores, impidiendo disfrutar de ella, al resto de clientes. Cristales rotos. Paredes rayadas y con defectos.
