La luz natural que entraba en el apartamento (orientación sur). La amplitud de las habitaciones. La piscina tiene muchas horas de luz; la sombra llega al caer la tarde. Es perfecta para utilizarla la mayor parte del día. Contaba con bastantes toallas. Y genial que tuviera una botella de agua por gentileza del propietario.
Exterior: El ruido continuo que emitía el motor de la piscina a todas horas. De día y de noche. Las hamacas no eran cómoda, tan solo tiene tres con respaldar reclinable en altura. Interior: Faltaron tazas y vasos para tres personas.
