About this apartment rental
Completely renovated in July 2017, it has all the comforts for a fabulous vacation at 50 m. from the beach of San Agustín. The apartment has two very bright and airy double bedrooms, one with a double bed and 37 'TV and one with three single beds, air conditioning and a large closet, living room with 48' LED TV, DVD and satellite channel, sofa with chaisse long , with direct access to a porch with sofa and table with four chairs, as well as a magnificent private garden of 50 m2 with artificial grass, outdoor shower and solarium with 3 hammocks.
The kitchen has a hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink.
A park cot and child seat (when requested).
Large 25 m² backyard with table, umbrella and 6 chairs + barbecue.
Wifi ADSL throughout the property.

My friend and I were staying in the apartment for always two weeks. I must say we felt immediately at home. The apartment has everything you need for feeling comfortable. I worked most of time and Internet connection was perfectly stable. The only minus was building works nearby so that I couldn’t work outside most of time. But this is something the landlord cannot influence. With two terraces outside there is enough space outside and you can get the sun any time a day. And the beach is just a few minutes walk away! I might come here for working again and highly recommend the apartment also for vacation.

We went there as two couples and to work from this beautiful apartment and it worked great. Even when the internet wasn’t working properly, Rosa reached out to the company and got it fixed so we ended up with 300mbit which was def enough for 4 people working and mostly in video calls!
Highly recommend 😊 we’ll be back!
