Die gute Lage und natürlich Preis/Leistung. Der Supermarkt vor der Türe. Wirklich nur einige Minuten vom Strand entfernt.
Handtücher etc. schon sehr alt und verschlissen. Schlechtes Besteck im Besteckkasten. Sollte man alles austauschen. Wäre sinnvoll.
