Las Olas Apartments

The host met us at the complex, to show us around. It was very well presented, and tastefully furnished throughout. We received 2 sets of keys, which was great, as we had different itineraries. It had a lovely view of both the sea and the swimming pools, from the spacious balcony. The cleanliness of the entire apartment was exemplary. The bedrooms were spacious, with plenty of storage space. All beds had new, very good quality mattresses. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable. Plenty of kitchen space, with washing up liquid, cloths and a roll of kitchen paper. A washing machine (with washing pods) was available in the utility room. It was a lovely place to spend a week. It was a very safe complex, a key was needed to open all gates. A lovely pool bar served drinks and snacks throughout the day and evening. Prices were very reasonable. Restaurants and supermarkets were literally outside the gate. The bus stop was outside the gate, including the direct airport bus, which was very convenient.

I have nothing negative to say about this lovely property.

Apartment was clean and generally quiet. Fully stocked kitchen equipment, beds comfortable, spacious for family of 3 (2 adults, 1x 7 year old). Air con in lounge, ceiling fans for bedrooms. Hot water and little extras provided like toilet roll, washing up stuff, bin liners. Balcony with view for morning breakfast and evening nibbles. Great location for supermarkets, beach and evening restaurants along the coast. Bus stops outside property including to airport, which takes 40 mins. Secure site and lovely clean pools. One heated and the other large, plus toddler pool. Plenty of sunbeds. Great little taverna for drinks and lunch offerings next to pool. Well kept site, a little tired in places but ideal for a week in the sun.

Noise above apartment carried (scraping of chairs, cupboard doors closing) Only noticeable at night when in bed if the neighbour keeps unsociable hours.
