Only steps away from the most beautiful beach on the Atlantic Ocean, our one bedroom, one bath Sea Side condo is located in the popular area of South Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island. Sea Side Villas are on the ocean and has 2 pools for your enjoyment. Located nearby are many shops, a full size grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment- all within walking distance. It’s a great area for couples, families, tennis players, golfers, and beach lovers.
Our Sea Side condo is located on the first floor, but not ground-level. The villa’s decor has recently been updated and features a full kitchen, queen-size bed in the bedroom and bunk beds for any kids. New flat screen TVs in the family room and bedroom. The full bath offers both a shower and a tub. Elevators, washers and dryers are close-by within the building.
Enjoy relaxing on the private balcony with a view of the ocean, the palm trees,and the pelicans. Sea Side villas are perfect for a small family with young children or a couple looking to get-away at the beach!

The units at Seaside Villas are the perfect pied-a-terre for anyone wanting access to beaches, shopping, dining and entertainment. Each unit has a view of the ocean from the balcony, perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. The individual units are maintained to varying standards by the owners but you can count on clean, comfortable units with virtually everything you'll need during your stay. For location I can't recommend the Coligny/Forest Beach area enough. It is suitable for both couples and families of all ages.

The owners are very friendly. We are planning on staying there again on our next trip.

Liked proximity to beach, pool, restaurants and shopping. Appliances, furniture, TV, decor and beach accessories need updating. P.S. need tub mat....slippery
