Great location. In the heart of Hilton Head. Can walk or bike to shopping and the beach. The property was updated and clean. New bathrooms and furniture. Love how the place was decorated. Has a view of the pond and pool. Definitely book again.

large room
floor seem to be dirty when walking with sock feet. not enough toilet paper and it was very cheap as well as the paper towels.

There was a ceiling vent hanging in the master bedroom. Dish washer was not cleaning very well

The location was good. The size was what I had hoped for and the amenities were great. All of the appliances and utensils needed to make my stay enjoyable were provided. There were ample linens and toiletries.
The mattress for the sleeper sofa was quite worn and visually unclean which made it unusable. We chose to purchase an air mattress from a department store instead.There was no pool card provided but it wasn't a big deal for us considering we aren't pool people.
