Charming little hotel right at the Mosel river

Nice, cozy and quiet room. Excellent food and friendly staff. The location next to the river is beautiful and the possibility to park right at the hotel highly welcome.

Amazing food!

The food! If not staying for the hotel you have to try the food. Its a family owned business, they were very friendly and attentive. Once settled in you realise its actually a really nice little hotel. The food was outstanding, one of the best places in Europe for sure it was such good cooking! you have to try the Schnitzel and kaiser- scharrn? For desert it was soo good. The rooms were clean and comfy and after food I felt settle there. It had a good vibe. It was really nice watching the boats pass by whilst sitting outside during our meal. They have their own wine which is a must try, very tasty!

No aircon but the stay was fine without it .

A return trip to this hotel which doesn't disappoint.

The location is spectacular and the hotel a wonderful find. Parking is easy. The menu is basic, German, and well cooked to order. This is a quiet spot but the restaurant is always full.

Wonderful stay along the Mosel

The cutest most welcoming family run hotel. Cristina and family were so gracious. The room was comfortable. Dinner at the hotel was excellent and our food was delicious. Breakfast buffet was delicious as well. Parking right in front of the hotel. Great location. Highly recommend.

Warm welcome on arrival, the family run business clearly understand good customer services. Superb wines and food was good also. Nice breakfast, great location, clean and tidy rooms. Highly recommend and will certainly be returning. Staff were also very helpful in assisting us on all queries with regards travelling in the area and placed to check out. Superb experience.

Gem of a hotel, fabulous food and wine.

The hotel is very boutique in style, modern, simple and stylish. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. It is very relaxing to sit on the terrace enjoying one of their wonderful wines, we will definitely return.

Possibly the best hotel experience ever.

Experience was great all the way from making the booking to leaving the place. Staff was really nice and took really good care of us. There's restaurant in the accomodation and the food was absolute great and portions are really big! The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are pretty big and there's nice view of the river Mosel on the some rooms. There's only few rooms so book your room early. Very highly recommended!

Comfortable, friendly hotel in a great location.

Beautifully located hotel on the banks of the Mosel. We were fortunate to be able to sit outside as the sun was setting enjoying the scenery and a bottle of the excellent wine they make there. Evening meal and breakfast were great.

WiFi is rubbish. This is quite common in Germany. Not too sure about the toilet with the glass door. Diane and I generally prefer a little more privacy.

Superb little inn on the banks on the Moselle. Simple well cooked food, excellent breakfast. Their own wines were good and good value. We had a room at the back which was perfectly quiet. Plenty of parking on road outside.

We loved our stay end services offered

Breakfast was perfect with something for everybody. The terrace has a view over the river Mosel. Our room at the back of the hotel was quite, bathroom fully equipped and modern. This family run hotel is well worth a stay.

Lovely relaxing place with good traditional food.

The location was perfect, across the road from the river. Easy public parking on the road opposite the hotel. This could be a bit more difficult in the season perhaps. The welcome was warm, the food excellent and the terrace perfect for dining. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel, Excellent Food and Wine. Rooms are beautiful as is the view!

What a beautiful boutique hotel, set overlooking the Moselle, the rooms were immaculate, modern and very airy and had a lovely view of the river and castle.. We ate at the restaurant at night and the food was excellent. We tried the wines made by the hotel and we couldn't find better in the whole of our trip. We also opted for breakfast , also excellent. Christina is such a perfect and friendly host, and went out of her way to help us and make us feel so welcome. We were able to securely park our motorbikes in the external courtyard which was a bonus. We just need to find a way to order the wine to be shipped to the UK :-)

We should have stayed longer and we couldn't carry any of the delicious wine home as we were on our Motorbikes Lol !

Great place and lovely family, I had left my bag with wallet and other valuables by mistake at a bakery 30 minutes drive away. Christina helped track down which bakery with several phone calls. Bengt then drove all the way there and back to retrieve it. So kind. Facilities and wine, location and relaxed atmosphere are fabulous.

Strange idea not to have a door between room and bathroom. Actually, toilet and the room is 1 space. If you are travelling with somebody, pay attention on this fact (check the photos of the room)

nice little village, perfect starting point to discover the mosel valley, clean, very beautiful rooms, delicious food and wine

it was very loud at night, until 1 o clock. apparently it is not always the case, but since we were there only for one night, we cannot say.
